The hotel indeed very nice. Especially his garden wonderful and large. Unfortunately the foods are very monotonous, but tasties.
However the pool-bar was not a satisfaction. The drinks in plastic glass were gave, the waiters did not bring it, we had to stand in a line for them. The waiters behaved also in the restaurant likewise. At last half an hour of the meal the foods already very few kinds.

The resort is really great. It lies not far away from the Antalya airport and has plenty of things to offer. We loved the huge swimming pools and the setting itsel. We weren't satisfied at all about the food. There wasn't much variation and it was rather cold. The overall experience was pretty ok, but I won't return again.

Me and my husband stayed at the Miracle Resort for 10 days with an Ultra All Inclusive package.

It was good value for the money we payed. The room was large and had everything we needed. It was clean. But the walls were very thin, we could hear the children yelling next door. In the bathroom we had a little problem with the shower (it had a leak) and it didn't got fixed while we stayed there, also the walls were thinner than in the room - we could distinquish what the couple next door were saying. The bath was clean.

The meals were ok. There were a lot of diferent kinds of food. Even if you were picky, you would something to eat.

I loved the pools very much. Nice, big and clean pools, also some shalow ones for the little kids.

In the spa area there were a turkish bath, a sauna and a steam bath, and some showers, that were availabe to everyone. Those showers were flooded almost every day. The sauna and the baths were clean. The staff were not specially trained for their specific jobs, but they were ok. Most of them spoke few english words, and you could always make yourself understood through signs. :)

I belive the hotel was thought and bulit as a five star hotel, but due to the large number of people present there avery week, it feels and looks like a 3(,5) star hotel.

This Hotel is not a 5 star hotel.Something near a 4 with a minus. The Hotel is big and nice looking, but it is a bit old and needs some renovation. The paint has chiped in some places and the bathrooms have rust.Ok, here we go.

ROOMS.
The rooms are big and spacious, but they have a very poor interior and design. The curtains are yellow with baby ugly looking flowers on the bottom of them. The carpet floor in the rooms looks like a scrible of yellow, red, pink, blue, green colours. The chairs are just the same colour. The double bed is very small, I couldnt sleep with my daughter comfortably on it. I have no idea how could a big man fit with his wife on this small bed??? The balcony in the rooms is not very big and ahs a small night lamp situated right at the bottom of the wall, very uncomfortable. I had to drag a lamp out of the room to have some light to read at night outside.I had a see side view room, but my room overlooked my neighbour and had a small bit of sea...The mini bar in the room is very poor, I lived with two of my daughters (each 14 years old) and the minibar had only 1 cola 1 fanta 2 beers and 3 bottles of mineral water...Not enough! The TV set is also old and has only 1 English channel - BBC News. The bahroom is also not small. But it is very old and needs some renovation. The sink is allright, but the shower-bath is a bit rusty and has some yellow stains.
Restaurant.

The Miracle hotel has a big main restaurant and a lot of alacarte restaurants that cost 10 euro. The food in the main restaurant is very poor. Not much meat. The main food is salads and stuff like sauted vegetables and boiled veal with vegetables and pasta plus fried chips and potatoes. The desserts are not tasty. Some turkish pastry and no cakes. I couldnt eat the desserts in this restaurant. But there was a mega plus in desserts - ICE CREAM! It was the most tasty meal in the restaurant. The food is the same every day. The cooks just change the name of meals or just change some ingredients. The hotel also has a snack bar that serves burgers and chips and nothing else (no salads or friuts!).......The first 3 days it was good, but after I just couldnt look at burgers and chips. For breakfast the restaurant has scrambled eggs, fried eggs. boiled eggs and other(there were always ENORMOUS ques about 25 persons).Plus it had 1 sort of untasty cheese and some kind of ham(that was it!)....There are also some cornflakes and panckes. The restaurant also has bowls with Nestle chocolate, that went well with pancakes. No fresh juices just disgusting concentrates that we had to mix with water. The waiters at dinnersa and breakfasts work very slow, you can hardly get some coffee or red wine, they always put someones else's drinks on your table and deliver your drinks to someone else. I repeat that this wasn't good enough for a 5 star! I hated standing in ques for 20 minutes to get my omlette or a peace of meat. The first few days for breakfast there was water melon but then it disappeared for a week and all wasleft was the disgusting gree melon! There ar no interesting kinds of cheese only feta and holand nothing else. For breakfast there is just one sort of ham in a pile and that's it! The alcohol drinks are very bad, but the rose wine was OK.

POOL.
The pool is very big and nice. The Hotel also has some water slides that are very good.

TERRITORY.
The hotel's territory is big with lots of flowers and palms. It also has 4 tennis corts and a football field.

BARS.
The bars are nice, but there are always ques near them, so you have to wait 15 minutes to get a drink. The Bridge bar is not free you have to pay for it,but you can always come in it and sit in the evening.

SEA.
The beach is clean and has big tents fot the shade. It also has a volleyball field and a place for Boccia. There is a metal and wooden costruction built right over the sea with a ladder to get into the sea. You can sit on bean bags and special matrasses. Very cozy.

Lobby.
The lobby is big with lots of chairs sofas and tables. But, the interior is also very ugly. The sofas are made from brown-yellow coloured material that is ment to be leather. The chairs are nice but they are also coloured in tha same scribble as the carpet floor in the rooms.

Worst experience ever in a so called 5* hotel. The food was so and so, no cakes I could eat, the drinks were awful and the only coffee I could drink was the one I paid for, at the Turkish Coffee House, near the pool. The drinks were imported, allright, but from Bulgaria maybe.
The mini-bar barely could keep the drinks at the temperature they were brought by the staff, the TV set was lame. I asked for a smoking room, they said OK and when I got into the room there were signs all over the place with "No smoking".
You can't get any visitors for more than 15 minutes, after that they have to pay. it takes around 5 minutes to go to the sixth floor, another 5 to get back into the lobby and that leaves you with a handshake and a wave good-bye in front of the door.
Upon arrival they made us wear some bracers - irritating to the skin and to my comfort - if it was any.

The hotel it's ok - architectural speaking - if I have to give a star rate it's between 3 and 4 star but... the services are so bad and belive me - I've stayed in many hotels, all over the world and I will explain why:
- only a few of the staff knows english (and they will speak in english only when they want), otherwise they speak russian, german but no english.
- they will use this phrase 'no english' every time you are asking for help with something.
- the drinks (alchoolic drinks) are just one kind - turkish kind (no international brands) - King George whisky, King George vodca, King George gin...etc; the beer - only effes; the coffe - very bad taste
- the soft drinks - 2 kinds - Cola/Fanta/Spite and other no gas flavor, fresh orange juice only at breakfast and you have to pay for it (I don't mind to pay but I already paied - I had ultra all inclusive - 800euros/pax, I called at the hotel with 1 week before my trip to Antalya and they told me that everything it's included, that they have some international drinks - Ballentines, Johnie Walker, etc and I could't imagine that a 5* resort don't serve fresh juice...)
Ex: if you wanted a Campari Orange, they gave you a King George Campari with a water base orange juice - terrible taste.
It was a very bad holiday and I will not go to Turkey - or in the future I will try to stay as far as I can from Miracle Resort - Lara.
