I literally spent 3 days/2 nights at this hotel in January 2013. i travelled with my husband and a group of our friends so there were 14 of us in the group. Check in was well organised and our room changed very quickly when we were unhappy with the original allocation. The concierge arranged delivery of all our bags to our rooms too.

Not as many freebies as you would expect in some other 5 star hotels but more than enough to keep everyone happy. Some of the staff were a but miserable and unhelpful - would love to be able to says it's because we were British etc.....but the majority of our group were Turkish so really shouldn't have been a problem. Warm, lots of hot water, some reasonably priced shops on site and always something to do and eat or drink.

The hotel seems to be used by travelling football teams and there were three in residence whilst we were there. My husband enjoyed the pool and hammam and we both tried the shooting - he was better than me.

Clean, comfortable and not badly priced. We thought the food was good but not as much choice as in other hotels, but didn't matter as there was always something we wanted. We tried the Mexican al a carte restaurant on our first night and they were very accomodating when it came to dealing with a food allergy and some seriosu food dislikes - all of our group were catered for in a professional way.

I was surprised by the lack of signs it was quite difficult to find out what time different bars and restaurants were open and even that the mini bar was free. The restaurant opening times were posted on the restaurant door but there was nothing in the room to tell us and no one gave us meal times when we checked in.

The Baileys was pretty good as were some of the cocktails. There was live music both nights we stayed and the more energetic members of our party headed off to the disco for a couple of hours late on the Saturday night. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensley.

Would I go back? .......quite possibly - but there are lots of 5* hotels on that road and I like trying new places so it may be a while before I get around to it.

Room Tip: We were originally allocated an interconnecting room with a locked door between us - we could hear the people next door talking very clearly and asked to be moved. I would specifically ask for the type of room you want - so double in a quiet location or an interconnecting if you want one.

We stayed over the new year and we had kept an open mind due to the reviews we had read and thank goodness we did as we had nothing to worry about! The hotel is very clean and the facilities were very good. Yes there are only a handful of Brits but personally we don't travel abroad to be with other Brits but to experience other cultures. We had no bad experiences with Germans,Dutch or Russians however the hotel was only half full being out of season and we could imagine that there may be more incidents during peak times. The variation in food was satisfactory but the quality very good. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel. Be warned...the cocktails and spirits are lethal as they are not shy with the amount of alcohol they put in! The pool and spa facilities are excellent and the lounges very comfortable. The system for towels is very good and you can exchange them as many times as you want. There are very good tennis, football and basketball facilities. There were several football teams from various countries staying there for winter training using the hotel pitches. The weather was good for this time of year. On two of the days the wind was quite high but the hotel is designed in such a way that you can sit out in the sun on the upper terraces and be very well sheltered. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The furniture is basic but functional. Plenty of storage and a safe is provided free of charge. The mini bar is replenished everyday with branded soft drinks, Efes beer and snacks. We tried the Mexican A la carte resteraunt. The food was very nice but not much choice on the menu. It was worth the 5 Euros extra. We found it to be excellent value for money and we are planning to return the same time next year.

Stayed here in November with my husband, on arrival the reception staff were friendly when we got to our room it was clean and the mini bar was full this included branded drinks and was filled up daily. The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was average and wasn't much variation although you could have chips and pasta. The hotel is near to local shops which are only a short walk away.

This was our first stay in such a massive luxurious hotel..we went for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Every where was exceptionally clean, our room was cleaned every day too and mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and snacks! Even though we went out of season hardly any thing was closed, all activities as advertised went on. The a la carte restaurant (10 euros) went out of their way for us for our anniversary and decorated our table with flowers and pretty coloured stones in the shape of a heart! Our room was MASSIVE and we had our own balcony. Bed was a bit hard and room could do with bit of an update but you really couldn't complain about any thing. The animation team really made our holiday (especially Cerhat), we have hooked up on face book and really feel like we have made a friend for life! All waiters were brill and very attentive, they had their work cut out keeping all the cats at bay but we loved them. The pool was stunning, beautifully clean and at night it was all lit up, very romantic! The turkish nights were fantastic, food and entertainment wise. The live bands were good but dont play any recent music. We took 3 trips while we were there...some amazing places and we have many stunning photos to remind us of our best holiday EVER!!!!!
