Stayed here in November with my husband, on arrival the reception staff were friendly when we got to our room it was clean and the mini bar was full this included branded drinks and was filled up daily. The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was average and wasn't much variation although you could have chips and pasta. The hotel is near to local shops which are only a short walk away.

This was our first stay in such a massive luxurious hotel..we went for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Every where was exceptionally clean, our room was cleaned every day too and mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and snacks! Even though we went out of season hardly any thing was closed, all activities as advertised went on. The a la carte restaurant (10 euros) went out of their way for us for our anniversary and decorated our table with flowers and pretty coloured stones in the shape of a heart! Our room was MASSIVE and we had our own balcony. Bed was a bit hard and room could do with bit of an update but you really couldn't complain about any thing. The animation team really made our holiday (especially Cerhat), we have hooked up on face book and really feel like we have made a friend for life! All waiters were brill and very attentive, they had their work cut out keeping all the cats at bay but we loved them. The pool was stunning, beautifully clean and at night it was all lit up, very romantic! The turkish nights were fantastic, food and entertainment wise. The live bands were good but dont play any recent music. We took 3 trips while we were there...some amazing places and we have many stunning photos to remind us of our best holiday EVER!!!!!

Me and my 2 sisters stayed at the resort a few weeks ago. After reading reviews on here we were slightly worried about the holiday that we booked and did not know what to expect.

What can I say? well there was certainly no need to be worried. From the moment we walked into reception we were amazed at how lovely and grand the hotel was. Reception staff were polite enough( had heard on here that they were very rude) and our room was spotlessly cleaned, towels changed, bedsheets changed and the minibar stocked everyday without fail. Thank you to the housekeeping team and the minibar man, they must work so so hard! Especially in our room cleaning up after 3 girls!
The food was great! Lots of choice and variety everyday and the deserts were amazing! Waiters were very friendly too and would always be keen to help.
the animation team were great too, very friendly and always keen to get to know the guests, made us feel like we were their friends, and as an entertainment representative myself I know that thats a very good thing.
Bar staff were very friendly aswell.

if your going to try a turkish bath though, would recommend going on the thomson excursion which is fantastic! The prices of the hotel one are very expensive so would avoid it.

All in all a really fabulous holiday was had by all, will definately be recommending Miracle to anyone! Will also certainly be returning to this lovely hotel. Thank you!

Went there for the second time this year. The hotel is lovely in every respect apart from the waiter service in the main bar.apart from three servers it is still bad.The supervisors are busy talking amongst themselves and dont seem to care what is going on.
A real shame as otherwise it cannot be faulted

Oh i really really wish i could have given this place an amazing review. As you drive up to the hotel it really is stunning. And as you stand in reception it really is very impressive. But from there it just doesn't quite live up to the grandeur of that introduction. Doesnt help after an 8 hour delayed flight check in took for minutes for 6 couples because there was only one receptionist who look pretty panicked.

The rooms are nothing more than average. A minibar that is stocked with branded soft drinks and water is a plus point. Room was clean on arrival, but during the course of my week stay my sheets weren't changed once and my bathroom was never properly cleaned (i know because some of my blue shower gel was dripped next to the sink and it stayed there the whole week.)

The food is actually very good quality and variety for all inclusive, certainly better than my last holiday in Egypt, even my very fussy fiance found something to eat (particularly the kebab night!!). Be prepared for the rudeness of some of the European guests at the buffet, they don't get the concept of queieing, manners, and don't wear sandals cos they will step on your toes lol!

The staff are really not all that nice particularly to Brits in what is a primarily German dominated resort. All speak some english but seem to consider it an inconvienience to deal with you rather than part of their job. The exception to the rule was the lovely man in the towel shed very friendly and always greeted us with a smile, great guy.

No problems with sun loungers, (although it was off season), plenty to go round by the pool and the beach. Beach has a nice jetty to swim from and some nice bean bags to lay out on but if you want one you have to be up from the crack of dawn, the good old germans live up to their reputation there! Pool is huge and can't imagine it ever being cramped, and the water slides are good fun too, although the water was daaaaaaamn cold (ok it was November but the temp was 30c and it felt like having an ice bath)

The animation team do try, but as everything tends to be said in german, turkish and english it kind of stops much decent entertainment happening. Me and my fiance had a photo shoot with the resident photographer (neither of us being the photogenic type) and for 200euro we got a 36 page leather style album, large print and cd of the shoot. The photographer is a great professional although expect a haggle to get a good deal from him. His name is Ozzy and well worth it if you would like a nice memento of the trip.

A good tip, don't use the hotel's Hamam if you want a turkish bath, it's overpriced and brutal! Go for either the Thomson's excursion or even head to Antalya where theres a few dotted around. A regular bus service heads to Antalya for 1.5 Turkish Lira, or if you are feeling like you dont want to cram on then a cab can take you from outside the resort, wait for you for up to 4 hours in the town and head back for 80 Turkish Lira, don't book in the hotel it costs an extra 40 for no reason! If you do head into Antalya check out the old town, its really quite lovely and theres some stunning views to be had.

I wouldnt choose the miracle resort again, choose one of the hotels nearer to Lara itself, i heard from most of the locals and even the thompson rep that the Sherwood is the hotel to choose and the price is about the same too.

Room Tip: Avoid any of the rooms beginning 2 (e.g. 2319) for the near future as the Titanic hotel next door is...

It was the third time that I stayed in Miracle Resort for business. The hotel is the same as in the photos. We enjoyed our stay together with the beautiful view of sea and shore. Internet was working good and rooms were designed with taste. Staff was also friendly and food was yummy. We recommend this nice place during the year both for leisure and business.
