“WOW!”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

This hotel was fantastic, huge with its sister hotel you can use either side for dinner, drinks, snacks, pool, beach everything was brill about this place! apart from the cold pool and the weather :/

Drinks in the hotel rooms mini bar were FREE, but if you need a little top up dont ask at Reception they charge, ask the maid! ;)

Water park was good but we went out of season so only got 1 day with it..... :(

It all seems to come to life after April 1st as when we went there was lots of business meetings going on a lots of "suits" wondering around....

if you like a strong drink then this is the place to come, 1 vodka coke is like 50% 50% :)

The private beaches were nice and the whole place was just massive! I think we never got to see all of it! and we were there for 10 days!

Only cost us £250 including flights for an all in holiday!

I don't think i would go back as the turkish men are a bit creepy towards the ladies... it just wound me up sometimes.

over all - nice place, good food, big pools, nice staff

o yeah i for got to mention there is 2 night clubs! WAHTTTT! (all in)

Room Tip: Book now! But go in season (after 1st April!)

we have just come back from this great hotel every where was very clean the food was great and the service was brill. the only thing we have to complain about was all the football players from other countries were very loud but when the manchester united youth team turned up it made up for the other countries.we also went quad biking that is a must do a great day out a lot of fun.

We went to this Hotel in March this year 2nd-11th, we did not get told by the travel agent that practically nothing in the Hotel would be open, biggest disappointment for my husband was the fact that there was no water in the pools and they were all taped off. Both weekends we were there, businesses were holding conferences and over 3 thousand people mostly dressed in suits converged on us, did make you feel rather foolish to be in holiday wear. The biggest problem at this time was that the restaurant although enormous could not cope with the volume of people needing seated hence you had a hunt to get a seat for b/fast, lunch and dinner which became a nightmare at times. The food was reasonable but very repetitive we thought. The staff were mostly very nice and helpful as we asked to be moved to another room and were shown another three to take pick of. On reflection the holiday was restful but would not go back in the future.

Went to Kremlin Palace, purely because it was half term and we couldn't get a better deal anywhere else within our budget. As it was off peak-season, it wasn't as busy, which is not a bad thing if you prefer quieter times, but there was very little to do. It is a stunning hotel, if you have never been 5* before or all inclusive, you will be blown away. The lobby is huge and filled with ornate furniture, decor and pictures. Marble floors throughout - very plush. the room wasn't as spectacular as we had anticipated but it was clean and comfortable, with bed sheets being changed every two days, the in-room minibar restocked with water, beer, soft drinks daily, and the bathroom towels and tolietries restocked daily also.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly/helpful, although english was not the strongest language in this hotel. The hotel is DEFINITLEY aimed more towards Russian and Turkish folk, not British. The food was lovely, a large range of salads, meats, breads, desserts, hot meals, veggie options etc The waiter service was impeccable, bringing you drinks, pouring your drinks, clearing your table.
The only downside is that, they served the same food for every meal of every day we were there, we were eating cheese sandwiches and salads by the end. The oil they use in Turkey did not appeal to my taste and even after taking a trip to the local Burger King, it tasted the same as the hotel food too. The alcohol was like watered down beer, and the wine tasted like strong vinegar, but when it's all inclusive you cannot really complain!

Entertainment may well be rocking during peak season, but there was only a family covers band and a guy on a piano two nights a week in the cocktail bar. They had a disco but the music was heavy dance and it was usually empty when we visited. The pool had been emptied when we were there so didn't get to go for a swim, but there were lots of slides etc The beach is 5mins walk from the back door of hotel where we spent most days, it did the job, think if it was any busier we wouldn't have liked it so much.

There is also a gateway between neighbouring Topkapi Palace, where you can walk through and utilise all their amenities, bar and food and entertainment, as they are both owned by same owner. Both hotels pretty much the same only Topkapi slightly smaller.

There is a bus which stops anywhere on the road into Antalya town which is 1.75TL each (£0.70), you just flag it down. The shops along the Lara Beach strip all sold the same old stuff, I would advise doing the Side Bonanza/Market trip on the Monday which cost £25 each. This is where the locals live, and the shopping is better in the market. Lots of designer copies!

I would rate the luxury of the hotel very high but as a holiday, I wouldn't go back. We were beyond bored.

Room Tip: We had a room off to the side which was away from the pool noise and disco music

I went over christmas and new year, and honestly we couldn't find anything to complain about, yes its an old inside but it is the KREMLIN PALACE, I am sure if you go to the REAL one in Russia it will be the same, as it IS BASED ON THAT BUILDING, HENCE THE NAME..... sTAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL, ESPECAILLY THE customer service man, who spoke very good english and really helped me. The outside areas were not open as far too cold water to swim in, but the indoor pool was very clean and pleasant to swim in. The hotel next door Topkapi was available to use too, even eating there so you do have a different place to go, Yes it was busy at times with varies busineses there on conferences, but that didn't bother me, it was nice to see, food was lovely, yes it was smaey samey but it was hot, delicious and loads of choices,, and I didn't have to cook so a bonus. that is why we go on holiday all inclusive, to relax and chill away from our busy schelduled routines at home, and that is exactly what we did here. FANTASTIC place and we are going back this easter is see it when everything is open and in use. Gonna be brilliant again, I am sure.

Room Tip: any room, as they all have lovely view of sea or the pool.
