We were there in August and it was too hot for us all but if you exchange your towels on the evening for the next day. Lots of beds but umberellas can be a bit scarce. Put somee clothing on the arm of the umberella to stop them being pinched.Lovely hotel. Own restaurant for Thomas cook so no problems. Waiters fabulous. Room a little small for 2 Adults and 2 children ages 12 and13. Lots of choice at lunch, fantastic pools! Go on the trip for your Turkish massage, cheaper than the hotel. Rafting trip excellent. Russians are rude and children push to the front of queue and click fingers to be served! Shopping good in near shops.

We were there in May and our impressions was fantastic. Excellent food, pools, beaches, good room with views to pools and beaches. I have no complain abour Russians there. Everything was excellent. Anatalya town is very close and easy to reach by bus, Also excursions organised by Thomas Cook were very good.

Don't believe bad press about this place .ignore the rudeness of some foreigners and you'll have a marvellous holiday.worst was English whining , 1 idiotic woman complaining the she couldn't get good bacon!!!!!!in a Muslim country your lucky to get bacon.1 bloke ,lets call him daganham dave whinged there was no singers on an evening and the food was repetitive....he sat in the same restaurant all the time and if you want English bacon and and Tom jones go to be
nidorm and let us families enjoy a marvellous place like this in piece you boring alco.
Try the water rafting 9yrs + it was fab.try the Thomas cook restaurant and all the paid for restaurants, you get away from hustle and bustle and get something different.turkish restaurant really good, as we're all.wow speed boat good half day out.try the language especially kids they really appreciated it and use guest services, they are there for your holiday and are very good.grace the rep was fab.this was our 2nd time there and would happily go again.thanks Thomas cook and all the team. Some say it's not 5star,and yes there maybe the odd part that's not but that's not looking at The full package.a star rating is given for what the hotel offers in total and this place offers a lot,in abundance.feel for the lady whose child was pushed off slides and injured hopefully that was an incident that will not occur again as there was always 3 or more staff policing area.if you've booked and are worried about bad reviews, don't.if you've not booked I suggest you do.

I enjoyed visiting this large place, and my son spent a great time playing around the pools surrounded with all the green areas.
Lovely place for spending a day on the beach with your family...
Go for it...
