It is frustrating when everyday you go try a restaurant and it turns out to be awful despite great reviews. This cafe has a nice ambience, staff are young, hip and cute.
Food is v v good, I ordered a Paella great! Hubby ordered pizza, thin crunchy and tasty, unexpected but better than some five star rated fine dinning restaurants.

This is the right place if you would like to watch locals and while drinking a Turkish coffee. Big portions of food, nice service and reasonable prices. You should try it

Midpoint is one of the most popular new trendy places in Istanbul and now there is one here in Antalya located on the ground level of the Terra city shopping center in the Lara discrict ... It is not only a café and restaurant but also a bar

The menu is very rich and the portions are well filling. Salads, cold and hot appetizers, American originated snacks such as chicken, burgers, mexican, turkish, and international main courses as well as yummy looking desserts

now I know this is going to sound a bit crazy but after living here so long sometimes we ex-pats crave different food other than typicla turkish cuisine.

So last night with friends we visited this restaurant..after mulling over the large menu with too many things to choose from we decided upon a Colorado burger, a spicy Mexican burger and a mixed grilled fish plate with calamari, shrimp and sea bass.

along with a few beers.

I should also add that the burgers were so big that there was no way to eat it other than using a knife and fork..typical big burger..topped with chedder cheese, beef jambon, a BBQ like sauce..on a toasted hamburger sesame seed bun

and the mexican burger my friend had was spicy jalopena adds a kick of heat

we did not order appetizers but the potatoe skins looked good as well as the cajun chicken to snack on...but when we order starters or appettizers usually we are too full for the main dish.

all the food was very tasty, service was quick and efficient ..the setting was nice sitting outside on the terrace watching the world go by..great for people watching..

a nice touch was the outdoor heaters..and they even provide wooly shawls if you get a bit cold outside..the evenin was not cold but sitting outside in April can get a bit chilly.

I never noticed this restaurant before until I had read a few other DE reviews on the Istanbul restaurants..and many of them had visited this restaurant in Istanbul so I thought I would try it out here in Antalya

and the cost was about 110.00 liras for 3 persons..plus I left 15 liras for a tip

so if you are at the Terra city shopping mall and need more than just typical shopping mall fast food upstairs..go to the ground level and check out this restaurant.

Anyone who fancies traditional Turkish kebabs has come to the wrong address.
