Initially Hotel building, lobby and rooms are fascinating. Staff is so polite and friendly. Main restaurant is so big and has option to choose interior or terrace but for tables near main entrance you have to pay tip. The hotel has 8 a la carte restaurants that you can eat in all of them free once in a week with reservation in advance. The beach party and foam party was great.
The entertainment can be better but the entertainment staff is good esp. Turgay, Casper and Gul.
Rollerblade girls bring you drinks so fast and there is no need to go to bars.
In our wedding anniversary they made a romantic room for us with flowers, candies, fruits and red wine.
Bars serve both local and import drinks.
Hotel location is in Lara and it has free shuttle bus to Antaliya.
The room service from 12 am to 6 am is free including beverages and foods.
Totally it was perfect holiday.

Pros: Large room, great icecream, diversified food, cheese selection, baby food corner, blender to make baby food, clean hotel, good service (helpful and polite staff, waitresses to bring you beverages by the pool), beach bar serving cocktails, nice evening shows - especially for kids.

Cons: Wi-fi in the lobby only (no internet in the rooms), hotel is full so it may be difficult to get a good room, even if you've paid for side-sea-view, but reception staff was very helpful and I didn't have problems. However, you may hear music from the disco or road noise (if you're on the other side); Disco ends around midnight, so it's not such a big issue.

Another con is the queue for the registration to a-la-carte restaurants. I didn't want to spend my time waiting therefore I didn't go for the a-la-carte options.

Reception staff are well trained and fluent in English, Russian, German etc. but... the rest of hotel staff speaks basic English and German or Turkish only.

Overall it's been a nice vacation but a little bit expensive. If it hadn't been for the child, I wouldn't have chosen Delphin Imperial.

In Delphin Imperial you cannot sleep because of the disco everywhere, you cannot get a good room without a big tip, you cannot eat because of the cheap food. You pay a lot for what you get in exchange! In rest is great!

so... if you want a luxury resort.... go to Maxx Royal in Belek... this is a 4 star resort where around 2500 people go to the swimming pools and the children get sick, cheap food in the restaurants and where the waiters are helping you only with 5 eur tips... only turkish drinks and long... long coctkails... not even tissues in the bathroom... so if you want an excellent vacation... go somewhere else....

Room Tip: choose a room near the main elevators (we had room 7038)... otherwise you will spend long distance t...

Hotel Delphin Imperial can be described as an installation searching for excellence. The staff is
dedicated to listening to the customers and the hotel management is using this input towards this goal. Indeed, staff friendliness, food service and quality, cleanliness, maintenance of rooms, garden, pools, beach are at excellent level. The non-stop food and drink service provided throughout the hotel is unbelievable. Almost every corner of the garden and pools is served by waitresses on roller skates. Presently the only weak point is in animation area
where certainly excellence can be achieved with the management listening carefully to the criticism coming from the customers. To summarize, if you are looking for an all-in hotel to live your dream vacation under the sun at a mediterranean beach then Delphin Imperial is the place to go.

Room Tip: I would prefer rooms on the east side.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon between 20/06 - 04/07. Everything was just superb.

FOOD:
11 A'la Carte restaurants, of which we dined in 9 of them, no problem with booking them, you book every morning for the following night. Each one offers a 5-7 course menu, all the food was faultless. Personal favourite was the French and the Teppanyaki.

The main restaurant was busy, although we found if you went a little later on, it did quieten down a bit, and the quality of food was still fantastic

ROOMS:
We did upgrade to a Junior Suite, which for the additional space and stunning view of the complex was well worth it. Room was spotless, with all the amenities you would expect in 5* Property.

BARS:
Plentiful, and a different vibe in each one. We enjoyed the pier bar, and the aqua bar, the cocktails are lush!!

POOLS:
We stayed around the Relax Pool (adult) which was lovely, always plenty of space and a choice of sunbeds, double sunbeds, and cabanas. Service around the pool was spot on, with a team of girls on rollerblades catering to your every whim.

STAFF:
The staff in this hotel are the best I have ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile. A few special mentions go to;

Sinasi & Caglar - Worked in the bars, fantastic friendly service, great english, remembered our names and drinks, just an absolute pleasure.

Carlos Ookham AKAY & Pavul Turken - French Restaurant - The BEST service we received in the A'la Carte restaurants - every one was good, but this was fantastic service by these two gentleman.

Suleyman Ak Gun, Zafar Mustafa Sahan - These guys kept us watered every evening, just brilliant brilliant service !

To anyone considering whether to go here - do not contemplate for a moment longer - get it booked!!

Thanks Delphin Imperial, your hotel & your staff are world class!

Room Tip: If you want fantastic views, you will have to pay to upgrade (unless your very lucky on check in). P...
