“Good hotel if you want to relax!”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

The hotel is lovely, with excellent facilities, good service and many activities. Food is very good, so many options, unbelievable! We booked through an internet company and they had to check calling because they did not have the booking in their books. They did so within ten minutes, offered us a drink meanwhile and after apologising for the dealy they automatically upgraded us to a seaview room. The room was very spacious, well furnished, cleaned every day in detail and very comfy. The bed was definitely firm, but I particularly like that. The minibar is refilled everyday and it is free to use.
The hotel is very big, with a spa, a gym, hairdresser, tennis courts, disco, many swimmingpools, gardens, shops a cinema and restaurants. The food is very good and very varied. There are 5 a la carte restaurants that you have to book the previous day but we did not even bother to do so because in the main restaurant the options are endless.
The hotel is near the airport, a quick 15-20 minutes taxi ride will get you there. Price is 20 €. Everything is paid in €s in this touristic region, so to be honest, you do not need to bother to change into Turkish currency.
The staff is helpful, but a problem is that apart from the reception, the rest of the staff has limited -in some cases no- English. In an occasion we asked for a coffee and we got a coke! They got us the coffee in the end, but it was a struggle. You will not have any issues, though, if you speak German, because I would say this is the official language of the hotel. Everyone addresses you in German first, since -at least at the time of our stay- over 90% of the guests were German. I do not have anything at all against Germans, they are polite and friendly, and most speak decent English, but you must take into consideration that you will be in clear linguistic minority if you stay here and will not find many Brits to socialise with.
Otherwise, I would describe our stay as very pleasant and we had a lovely relaxing holiday. There isnt that much to do around the hotel (plenty of shopping centres and other hotels, but nothing very cultural) so it is a place to go to relax, eat a lot, sunbathe and pretty much that is it. If that is what you are after, this is a magnific place to do so.

Room Tip: Avoid the A level, just over the lobby, as it can be noisy at nights because they have someone playi...

May be it doesnt look fair to compare these two sisters in the first place.! One is new the other is elder !But we have been there for two weeks,a group of family and friends who really enjoyed the vacation.
. Whatever you heard or saw in the pics about the chandlier, the foyer , lobby , rooms &.etc,  In Imperial  are absolutly true really lux , fab and gorgeous. !  But hotel is too crowdy . ofcourse its big but its not a good reason for poor sevice to the guests. Maybe they must hire some one who is capable  to manage and organize this huge  system.I talked  to the service manager and the guest manager  both seemed surprise about the situation!!! they said hotel has 1900 guests now and  in summer they had 2500 ! OMG!! ...I  dont know what happend then!  However the quality of food was so good  and variouse ... Many  snack bars and  skate rollers who serve whatevere you like from morning till evening inside and out near the pools. Disco  was full every nigh and every one rocked the party.
Indoor and outdoor heated pool was really fun too.
So that's the story of Imperial !"
After spending  8 nights in there , we moved to Diva. Hotel is smaller in every shape (lobby , rooms ,...) and a little bit old fashioned , but who cares ?! Service is much more better than imperial. You really relax and joy in every corner. Waiters very polite and always waiting for your orders .managers always supervised the staff in bars and resturants and ask if you feel satisfied with the service.
The quality of beverages was also better. All branded whiskey ( jhonne walker-j&b,..)and vodkas.
Water slides and lunapark were open.indoor poor was also clean and the Entertainment team really worked hard day and night . Me and my husband participated in some games and won two shampaigns !
So thanks to Delphin  sisters for making  our holiday full of joy and happiness.

Like many others I spent a long time searching through Trip Advisor to find the perfect holiday for my family. The Delphin Diva provided just that. We travelled as a party of four; two adults and two children aged 6 months and 4 years. As our children were so young our priority was them being entertained and catered for. The mini club, the children's entertainment and the fun fair couldn't have been any better.

You can never go hungry here as food was available throughout the whole day and the selection was varied with a different theme every night (turkish night, fish night etc). The a la carte restaurants were good but make sure you get in early as they get booked up pretty quick. Staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to help. All in all a great family holiday that met all our expectations.

We visited the Diva last May (2012) but I wanted to write this review now since we have decided to visit again this year based on what a great holiday we had there. Unfortunately we left it a little late and so are staying instead at another hotel on Lara beach. We just hope it's of the same high standard as the Diva!

Had an amazing time at this hotel, there is plenty to do with the large games room, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, salon, cinema, shops, multiple restaurants and spa. I visited in October 2012 so the weather was not as warm as the summer and the pool was abit too cold somedays but the indoor pool was still available. There is a lovely beach about 2 minutes away from the hotel where you can do various water sports such as Jet-skiing, boat tours and Paragliding which was great fun and if you want to do more than one they offered us a great deal for all three as there was a large group of us. The food was amazing with so much choice, we arrived very late in the evening on our first day and was surprised to see one of the restaurants still open for us to get a late evening snack and there is also a 24 hour bar next to the lobby where there is lots of room to relax and play cards in the evening. There is also entertainment outside in the evenings but it does get quite chilly if your out there at the later months in the year. Overall had a great holiday, the room was lovely and cleaned everyday, there is also the opportunity to visit the sister Delphin hotels (delphin palace and delphin imperial) which was great fun as they are both stunning hotels and you can also have a drink there if you are all inclusive. The staff were very attentive and always whizzing round on there skates offering drinks and there is lots of places to get snacks and cold drinks throughout the day. Had an amazing time and enjoy browsing through the pictures i took as much as i enjoyed taking them as a keen photography student:):)
Great hotel and highly recommended!

Room Tip: Rooms with a balcony are nice as you get a good view!

This the 5th time I visit an all inclusive concept hotel in Antalya. I find the hotel a good value for the moment.

Food was well varied during the meals and in addition we tried 3 A la carte restaurants which were also included-"Blue Fish",Pekin (Chinese) and "Dolce Vita" (Italian). I found all restaurants good though the Chinese was the best. It a nice for 1-1.5 hour dinner instead of (or in addition in case you're still hungry) to the diner buffet.
The breakfast included fresh orange juice, an nice addition which usually considered an extra in other all inclusive hotels...
Mini bar was refreshed daily with beer,Pepsi,Miranda, water, soda, fruit juice, peanuts and a chocolate bar.

In the hotel bars you'll find wine, approximately 20 alcoholic cocktails and hot drinks like cappuccino made from a machine that grins the coffee for every cup

Service by reception was kind and quick. The reception clerks had good English, but some waiters didn't know English or any language that differed from Turkish or German, but they were very nice and we managed to communicate with the menu. The kind service is one of best benefits of this hotel.

We didn't expect to find a lot of animation in this time of season so any animation is a good one. The animation team was good, but there weren't sufficient activities in English. (For example, majority of movies were dubbed to German and with no English subtitles and during the show most of the hosting was in German).

The SPA includes for free the use of Turkish Hamam, steam room, sauna and etc. I took a massage in the SPA (for additional payment, of course) and the treatments were good and with a decent price tag for a hotel spa.

The gym was free and could be very similar to a nice gym you have at home.

The room was the down side of the hotel-had no bath! In addition the location near the lobby expose the room to great noise. We did ask to change the room, but there were no free rooms on the day of check in and we were notified that in the next day we'll have an alternative, but we didn't receive one. When guest relation asked us about my opinion on the hotel I mentioned the good things in the hotel, but also the problem with the room. We got a message to contact them again , but that was a day before we left (We stayed for 7 nights).

Overall the hotel is good, but the vacation could have been much better a different room.

During the stay I visited the neighbor hotels by Delphin-The Imperial that seems to be a bigger version of the Diva and Delphin Palace that seems more cozy and better for couples. The all inclusive seems to be the same in all 3 beautiful hotels.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms in the lobby floor if don't like to hear any movement in the lobby...

King Suite itself was great except that the sink did not drain and the Jacuzzi did not work. The AC did not work either. When I complained they said it is it is too cold in March for it to work! The one German lady at front desk was rude and could potentially eat her Young, very unprofessional. But the rest were nice. Overall a good Hotel but clearly it could use better management and more customer friendly staff. There is no way that I would rate this hotel as 5 star.

Room Tip: The German lady at front desk did not even want me to see the King Suite that I was going to stay at...

Hotel is excellent, staff is helpful aund very friendly but :
We bought the trip to Turkey with German travel agency GTI in March. Be aware of this travel agency GTI. They didn´t keep anything what was stated in the travel contract, they changed the date of departure 3 times. They accommodated us in a different hotel, the delegate didn´t communicate and they forgot to send for us the pick up bus to the airport. This was our worst experience in our travelling history.

Room Tip: higher floors have nice view
