Myself, husband and 7yr old daughter stayed at this hotel for 2weeks back in July. It was a fabulous holiday.
Here is a rundown...
Hotel-fabulous and very clean, staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast in bed on our first morning made us feel very welcomed.
Pool- a huge pool and not too busy either. Sunbeds were fine to get as long as you were down by 9am. They stuck to the towel policy too and if people placed towels before 8 they would be removed.
Food- amazing! So much variety, very tasty too. A la carte restaurants were ok, not as good as other 5* hotels we have stayed at.
My daughter loved the little waterpark, but it was smaller than we expected but still good fun.
Staff- they were excellent, couldnt do enough for us.
Room- it was a bit small for 3 and so was our balcony but aftervlooking around they all seemed the same. Still it was a nice room, cleaned daily.
Beach- lovely beach with beach bar on jetty, also an adults only jetty. Plenty of beds down there too.
There was not many british there though but that didnt really bother us.
Theres not a lot around the hotel mainly shopping centres.
Little touches at this hotel is what made it seem that much better for us. You didnt have to move from your sunbed as you had rollerskating waitresses coming around for drinks, food carts with rice, fruit etc. We thoroughly enjoyed :)

Came back home yesterday from Diva. Stayed a one week with my husband and daughter of 16 yrs.
The hotel was good but a little shabby for my opinion. It needs renovation, specially guestrooms. Public areas were more exclusive than rooms. I think that a new Imperial in next door makes Diva look a bit old fashioned??
We were in a sea-side room, it was quite small for three persons and a balcony was tinest i´ve ever seen in a hotel. Well that was not a problem because we only slept in the room. Our room was kept spotless by the maids.
The food was good but as many have said a bit repetitive. Always found something to eat though.
But drinking policy was something I`ve ever seen! This is the hotel where guests are not thirsty. Where ever you were, there was always somebody asking what would you like to drink. In a pool area, what was very beautiful and spotless too, staff were working so hard to keep guests satisfied and always very smiling. We had never any problems to find good places from the pool area but maybe in peak season this is more complicated. Beach area was a nice place in a warmer day because of breeze, also very clean.
The most of the guests were Germans. Because of this the staff spoke for us mostly german language but not problem for us. Me and hubby speak some words of german. Usually I found my self speaking mixed english and german.
We liked the Lara area. Only 20 minutes from airport to hotel and 30 minutes to Antalya city. There is a free shuttle from hotel to Antalya everyday except sundays. You have to book it one day before.
Overall, any negative points about the hotel. After a renovation this hotel would be perfect! Would recommend the hotel.

We went in mid October and had 4 days of rain out of 7. The staff were excellent cattering for the greater numbers of people playing games in the hotel reception area which was a large, very comfortable & sophisticated location, not what you would normally expect of a hotel lobby.
My son and I also took some Tennis Lessons and I have to say the coach was Excellent, if you have thought about starting or improving your tennis this is the place to do it, I have had lessons at Sandles and 5star hotels in Dubai and the hotels coach was by far the best.
The food was good although it might get a bit repetitive if there for 2 weeks or more, staff were friendly and attentive and the cleaners and staff looking after the grounds seemed to be working not stop even in the rain, the garden areas are lovely.
The Beach was nice (just a short stoll through the gardens to the beach) and the pier out to the sea was really great to lounge on the sunbeds (on the days that didn't rain) also the beach/pier bar was great so you could get drinks without having to go back to the pool bar (loads of fridges around the hotel and at the beach to help yourself to chilled water bottles).
There was an indoors games arcade with 10 pin bowling and also an indoor pool so if you have a wet day there are still things to keep you entertained.
Spa and Gym were excellent with good equipment and always clean
Despite the rain we had a great time and would recommend the hotel

Stayed here last year, then were moved to Delphin Palace in May when we returned. We booked Diva again but was hoping to be moved again. Loved the Diva again but not quite as good as 18 months ago. Usually get bags etc left in room by maids but none left this time. It was very difficult to book A La Carte and you had to queue at 9 am to get a reservation. Food fantastic as before, and drinks also. We will go back as apparently hotel will be renovated shortly, but you can't beat Delphin Palace and Ali from Guest Relations. We visited him and hes brill. If the price comes down we will definitely book the Delphin Palace as just has that edge !

We travelled as 2 couples at the beginning of October, I have nothing but praise for this hotel I thought the level of service was outstanding and always with a smile! The food choice is outstanding and was fresh and to the highest quality. The rooms were compact and kept spotless by the maids. This was our first trip to Turkey and really enjoyed it - the weather was very good for almost all of the holiday only 2 iffy days from 14. We did the tour of the Imperial next door and booked for next year on our return!!

We travelled to Delphin Diva on 23 to 30 October. We had originally booked the Concorde but due to availability we changed to Delphin Diva. On arrival it was very fast check in and the bags were delivered to our room quickly. The hotel lobby is a great place for relaxing lots of sofas etc. Our room was compact. We travelled as two families with one child each. Our balcony was very small. The room and the decor in the room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was the only thing that I would say let the hotel down. Although spotlessly clean the toilet was quite high to sit on and as other reviewers have said the bidet part does go very near your bottom. The other thing is the shower is in the bath and the bath is quite a high step to get in and out of. The food in the hotel is excellent and really people that leave negative remarks about this are surely very fussy people! The main eating area is busy but there are always tables to sit at and also no long queues for food. There is an abundance of food with fresh always ready to be replaced. There are a number of eating areas at all times of the days and every nook and cranny is filled with sandwich toasters and hot dogs for those who like snacks. At the pool and at the beach there is a man who comes and serves fresh carrots, apples, pears and cucumbers. There is never very long to wait for refreshments either. Through various stages of the week we received slippers, wash goods and other bits and pieces. What would have been a very good touch was if when you arrived you received the whole care package at once including a beach bag. These were available to buy for 4 euros but it is a very good way of advertising the hotel. Whilst we were there my friend and I booked an appointment with the Delphin Imperial next door. This is an absolutely must see! Another fabulous hotel and again I would recommend a visit here the spa is absolutely fantastic it has a snow room, a rain room, a salt room, sauna.

The other recommendation I would say for the Delphin Diva to do is to have a rota of what is happening in the week. There is a cinema there but we did not know when or what the films were until we went to look at it. There is also a kids club but we did not know what to do or how to do it. There was a lovely lady in the Guests Relation she was so smiley! Nothing is a problem. Our friends also had to visit the doctor because her daughter got bitten by something and she was quick to patch her up and dress it again no charge but with a smile.

The fun fair was very good and they prepare kids cocktails, candy floss and popcorn for the kids!

The other negative was ultra all inclusive included imported drinks but they were only served in the lobby during the day !

Top Tips:
Handbags and more handbags ....... leather is such good value lots of fakes but some very good fakes including Mulberry handbags for £10!! Shopping centre is opposite the hotel.

The little hidden bar by the pool very good.

Room Tip: Sea view is important - although you spend very little time in the room and the balconies are tiny!

We have just returned from the Diva which we chose after reading the numerous positive reviews. We had a good time but there were a few niggles which could easily have been avoided. The main one was the lack of activities for older children. Loads going on for the younger ones but hardly anything for our son aged 11. We were unfortunate to have a couple of days rain, the first day (Sunday) we were advised that this was the animation teams day off!! Never been anywhere where all the team have the same day off! The second day we were advised by guest services and the animation team that there was nothing arranged because it was raining!! We dont blame them for the weather but at least they could try and carry out some of the activities inside or put some films on at the cinema (2 films every evening - one for younger kids and the other seemed for 15 year olds but only English films circa every 3rd day). The rain then stopped and my son ended up joining in with my husband mainly shooting but he did go to the childrens football which took place once a day. This was often unsupervised and one day there was no football!! If supervised it was by a young lady who just sat on the sideline. Surely one of the guys in the animation team could have supervised and maybe help sort the kids into teams etc - some of the boys were only 8 years old. Overall we have had much better animation teams elsewhere - and for a couple of days they were only interested in selling bingo tickets!! Seems they all have a minimum number to sell!

Guest servises do walk round the pool most days and are very interested to get feedback both negative an positive and so it will be interesting to see whether they make any changes following our feedback. My husband also met with the management who were very eager to understand the issues so that they could address these going forward.

The food in the buffet restaurant is great for a week (loads of choice) but could get a bit repetitive for people staying longer I suspect. We tried the French a la carte and thought it quite poor and very rushed so didn't try any of the others. The service by the young lady in the "red room" in the buffet restaurant was faultless and we never had a problem getting a table. The kebabs and pancakes around the pool were lovely also. Endless good food and diet needs to start now! I do agree that some people could have made more of an effort in the evenings dress wise.

There was english tea (as well as endless other varieties) available so no need to take - the Turkish tea (served black in glasses) is lovely though and well worth a try.

The drinks are very good and despite an earlier review they do serve branded drinks but only at the 24 hour lobby bar and the disco. We were drinking Gordons Gin, Havana Club, JB whisky and Cointreau. The wine is very drinkable (except the wine in the French restaurant which (red and white) was undrinkable) plus they have "champagne" (sparkling wine but very nice all the same). The bar service we found to be exceptional in all areas. The roller bladers serving drinks round the pool are amazing and never seem to drop anything despite having drinks piled high. We were in the lobby or lobby bar most evenings and never had a problem with kids running round - to be honest come 11 oclock most people had gone to bed!

No problem getting sunbeds / shade even on the pier - cant reserve until 8.30am which was great and meant even after breakfast and although the hotel was full, there were plenty available. We found the pool area to be very clean and glasses were picked up on a regular basis - not piled high.

The rooms are basic and small but Ok - we dont go on holiday to stay in the room. It was very clean though. We also got robes in the room which were very welcome and the minibar was stocked up every day - beer, soft drinks, water, chocolate bars and nuts.

The nightime entertainment was pretty poor and we played cards in the bar most evenings.

Mosquitos were a problem for most people and seemed to be in the bar area in the evening - not helped by the large open window in the smoking room with no blind to keep them out. The bedrooms are fumigated once a week.

Hotel is very large and was full - 1200 guests mainly German but there were a reasonable number of British and Dutch guests. Most of the German guests were fine but we did encounter a few rude ones - pushing in etc.

We booked independently - the Monarch flight out was very good unlike the Thomas Cook flight home which was dreadful - a 4 hour delay and absolutely no legroom. My parents who are in the process of returning today (on a Thomas Cook flight) have c12 hour delay - don't plan to use Thomas Cook again in the future.
