we stayed at this hotel for a week from oct 4th we thought the service and food was excellent, we did not try the a la carte restaurants as we were very happy with the buffet meals, the hotel itself was of excellent comfort and luxuriously decorated, pool area very clean and always someone around cleaning, all the times we sat down there always seemed to be a waiter around to serve you, this was especially good when we had a few days bad weather as we were inside most of the time and there always seemed someone on hand to serve or help you. i must say that we have been abroad a lot but this is the best hotel wew have stayed in and would definitely go back.

Room Tip: we were on the first floor looking out to the other hotel that was being built but it didn't bother us as hardly heard anything if we went in the room in the day.

This was our second vacation in the same hotel and we will deffinately go back to Delphin Diva again. The location is the best, 20 min from the airport, the food is excellent, the animation team is wonderful. Every evening you can watch the shows in amphitheatre and the shows have very good quality. Best hotel to have a vacation with children.

Room Tip: The sea view rooms are the best.

This was our second vacation in the same hotel. Last year we were utterly impressed with the hotel, and made a very early booking (in march) for this year. As expected, the second time you can't be impressed twice in a row by the same things, but there is nothing to complain about. The service is very good, the food is plentiful and fresh (bar some mayonnaise salads, which you can easily avoid) and rooms are clean. Pool and beach are great.
I have one objection and one potential problem with Delphin Diva:
First the problem: There is a HUGE hotel being build next to Delphin Diva - The Delphin Imperial Palace. The positioning of the new hotel is such that it nearly 'hugs' Delphin Diva. The problem is that the new hotel has as much beach area as delphin diva for at least 3-4 times more guests. I expect that next year when this new hotel opens, they'll allow for guests from that hotel to use the beach of Delphin Diva, thus producing very probable overcrowding. Make sure to view google maps for this issue, the new hotel is the wavy shape to the right and behing the building of Delphin Diva.

Second, the smaller issue: This year we saw small indications of cost cutting here and there throughout the hotel, probably due to the investment cycle on the large hotel. For example, the water refrigerators were dialed back to cooling level of 2, and certain food items were unavailable. These issues do not cause any problem for the guest, but the overall impression is that Delphin Diva is 'loosing breath'
