We returned from a 2 week stay yesterday. We had a fantastic, relaxing family holiday and our 2 children (6 and 4) had an amazing time. They loved the kids club which is very relaxed and informal with activities like t-shirt painting, pool games, cowboys and indians and face painting. The feel is slightly chaotic as mentioned on here but that worked well for us. We liked the fact that the 2 kids pools were away from the main pool area and the smaller water slides were a winner.

Overall the hotel is well appointed and the communal areas are nice albeit slightly dated in decor. We paid extra for a sea view room which was not worth doing, the rooms overlooking the pool would be better. Compared to hotels we have stayed in elsewhere the room was rather small but adequate. They are building an enormous Delphin hotel next door but it really didn't bother us at all, in fact our 4 year old son loved watching the crane in the evening!

We thought the food in the main restaurant was extremely good - varied and fresh with particularly great salads, grilled meat and pasta every day. We never had a problem with drinks being re-filled but there does tend to be a rush for tables on the terrace in the evening. Drinks are good - Efes beer and reasonable wine.

The main selling point for us though was the main pool and the great beach. You do need to be down by the pool before 8.30am to get decent sunbeds - plenty of stereotypical reserving going on! There are relatively few British tourists - we had no problem with this, but there's a real focus on German and Russian tourists.

Overall it was a fantastic break, we spent most of the day in or by the pool and so the facilities worked well for us. The kids were well looked after and the funfair in the evening was a great bonus as was finding the tenpin bowling alley which everyone enjoyed. The staff are incredibly friendly, the odd snotty one but generally nothing was too much trouble for them.

We would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good value break in a really pleasant spot. Oh and the constant sunshine is a major plus.

Room Tip: Don't pay for sea view rooms.

I just came back from Antalya where I was with my familly,we were at Delfin Diva hotel again. We've been last year and loved it,so we decide to go there again. And it was amazing again. Kids love it,water slides, food, the beach.everything! Rooms are clean, kids club is great, food tasty, beach is clean....everything is perfect.! Stuff is super kind, they love kids. We will go there again thats for sure!

Room Tip: I would reccomend rooms with land view especialy if U got kids, view is not the best but who looks it anyway when you got great beach,polls..

Very nice resort with a lot of interesting and various activities.
The food and beverage were high quality. In all area of the hotel the staff was friendly and ready to help you. Very good services,
This hotel is fit for family with children. They have mini club, mini disco, games at the pool (darts, bocia etc), special pool, play corner at the beach, baby carrige, special food for children and for baby.
In the evening were shows at the amphitheatre and on Friday night (every 2 weeks) they had Gala Night and it was impresive (great show, great fireworks, special decoration at pool area and 2 metre high special cake).
Every day the room was cleaned and the mini bar was filled (Pepsi, Mirinda, Efes, Orange Juice, water, soda, peanuts, chocolate, fruits).
We'll sure choose this hotel next year, but not only for 1 week...)))

Room Tip: Choose a sea view room, the landscape is wonderful.

The entire family and some other guests we were there came down with diarrhoea.

There are massive building works around that mean the hotel is going be packed full of people in the area.

It's overdeveloped.
The food was boring.

Some of the staff were really really snotty.

Some of the reviews for this hotel are a bit over generous. It is lovely to look at and spotlessly clean. There are great facilities but little sense of space - everything is quite close to each other and in high season it can feel a little claustrophic around the pool etc. The food however is exquisite especially given the number being catered for. The a la cartes are certainly worth booking and as long as you are there to book at 9.00am we had no problems.
The kids club isn't the best run one we have seen - it seemed a bit chaotic and unwelcoming and wouldn't suit over 7 - 8 year olds. Our kids aged 5 and 8 normally love kids clubs but didn't use this one - English speakers were in the minority so that may have been a factor.
The beach is good and worth booking the Bali huts for a treat (20 Euros per day - everything is priced in Euros). Booking the huts saves the 8.00am scramble for sunbeds in peak season.
The animations team try hard and the "professional shows" such as circus, dancing, acrobatics etc. were very good and worth seeing.
Drinks and snacks were freely available although no white rum which we thought a bit odd given how popular it is (or is that just us !)'
Biggest disappointment was the service - reception was a bit chaotic at times, pool service a bit patchy around the children's pool but worst was dinner. We were never asked if we wanted our glass of wine refilled and it was a scramble for an outside table. This may seem picky but this wouldn't happen in the best 5* hotels (eg. in Dubai or the Carribean).
Tip - worth walking along the beach to use the Delphin Palace but you can only do so between 4pm and 6pm. Good water slides that our kids loved. Also take the courtesy coach to Antalya. The old town and marina is beautiful and well worth a visit.

Room Tip: Try to avoid the side sea view rooms on the right from reception due to the building work and noisy air conditioning units
