Just got back from an amazing week stay at Long Beach hotel with my husband.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere although we knew this we went there because in high season it is all about the hotel and this hotel did not let us down.

The hotel was kinda crowded yet you could not really tell because of its size.
Check in was at 2 and since we had lots of time we went on exploring the hotel.
The first impression was the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that this is a huge hotel.

our room was OK with the view of the pool.I could say the things that the manager needs to improve is the quality of rooms and house keeping. The air conditioner was not cold enough during some hours in the morning and the fact that they provide you with one key only is kinda stingy for a hotel like this.
When we were out and there was no electricity so the mini bar and the room were not cold enough.

The house keeping was OK always ladies were smiling. The problem was that the sheets were not changed everyday and once our towels that we left on the floor for change were not changed and just folded back and put at their place!!! again this is not the fault of house keeping but the managers who are telling them what to do.also a 5 stars hotel provide slippers / tooth brush and we kinda missed the mini plastic shampoos and lotions which we did not find.

Despite these 2 problems we found the hotel absolutely amazing.many pools, one was filled with sea water.another for kids and an indoor swimming pool.
There is a road between the hotel and beach and we found it interesting that we had to go through a colorful tunnel to get to the beach and slides.
The animation team was just so wonderful with their activities . My husband and I were regulars for Aqua gym with 2 lovely teachers .there was also aerobics , darts , pool games and great music.
The disco was alright and there were programs at nights in Amphitheater.

The slides were fun too and the beach was sandy and clean.
lots and lots of sunbeds all over the hotel so don't worry about that.you can do water sports but its extra of course and we found the price expansive.
Good variety of food considering an all inclusive when you expect to get tired of foods but we did not feel this way.
Snack bar provides some good food and there were ladies who cooked some sort of flat bread which were delicious.
We tried fish restaurant (a la carte ) and it was a good choice with a spectacular view.If you want to try more than one you have to pay extra .

I might say this is a heaven for families with children.so many things to do , from the slides to Luna park ,mini club ,etc.
Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotels and would definitively recommend it.
Have a fun summer all.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June. The hotel is enormous and feels very much like a shopping centre due to it's lovely decor and cleanliness. Initially we got put in 2 separate rooms down the corridor from each other- not ideal for a family of five with children. Persist! The man in reception told us to check again the next day to see if we could find rooms closer together, not sure why he couldn't just check the system. Anyhow, the next day we were upgraded to a family villa (thanks irfan) which was beautiful, right near the pool and had its own exclusive restaurant for villa customers and its own private pool.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there is more than enough to keep you and the kids occupied, you won't want to leave. We got the bus to the market one of the days (2 euros), it was ok but very expensive. They obviously inflated the prices as soon as they figured we were tourists so my honest advice would be to stick to the shops in the hotel which are cheaper and have a fixed price for everyone.
Food was fabulous. There aren't many photos of the buffet on the hotel website so we took a bit of a risk in choosing this place but there was a wide variety to suit even the fussiest eaters. A word of warning though- on booking we thought we could try all the a la carte restaurants, however you can only book one per week, that's if you can get a reservation. We managed to get a reservation at the fish restaurant which was lovely, right near the beach and the sunset was fabulous! I would have liked to try the Turkish restaurant too but IMO not worth paying the extra 20 euros when we have already paid for all inclusive.
There are many bars around the complex so you will never go thirsty. Villa customers can also get free drinks and snacks delivered to their room- we only realised this on the last day just before checking out which was annoying. It would have been nice to have been told this when getting upgraded.
At night it was quite noisy and we could hear the music blaring out of the disco which meant it took a while to sleep some nights; it felt like being in uni halls again. Hence the 4 star rating I have given this hotel.
Hotel entertainment ŵas good, we watched some very talented gymnasts one night. There was also a free cinema on site but it was in Turkish so no use to us.
In the bathroom there was no shaver or toothbrush or mini shampoo bottles as you would expect from a 5 star hotel, just a refill shampoo on the shower wall, but this is just me being pedantic. Also the mini bar in the room was very basic- no diet coke etc only the regular Pepsi and fanta etc which came in big bottles instead of cans. Again- I'm being pedantic here. Overall a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay here again! :)

Room Tip: Don't bother paying extra for sea view, we did and we were actually facing a marshy river type thing

The hotel has been well designed with zones for all ages that perfectly blend together and is suitable for singles, couples, groups and families.
Main inclusive features are the restaurants, snack bars, pools, towels, water park, pirate ship, funfair, ampitheatre, cinema, indoor and outdoor open air laser lit nightclub, kids club and private beach with jetty.
Even though a main road seperates the hotel from the above, an underground led colour changing tunnel links them both together... a fabulous feature especially at night time.
We travelled from the UK, a family of 2 adults and 3 children and stayed in a split level family suite. We have never been on an all inclusive holiday and found it was excellent value for money...cleanliness, food and drink, kids club, friendly hotel staff and security all make it a very safe place to stay.
There was not enough time in the day to leave the hotel during our weeks stay!
90% Russian occupancy did not affect the quality of our stay.
We will definitely be returning.

The staff was friendly, although their English isn't the best. The amount of food was enourmous and of a very good quality. Every day we stayed there was different, there was a lot to do. We had a fine room, but others had a less better location. The only thing annoying were noisy and unfriendly Russians.

First time ever in Turkey, a bit sceptic in the biginning, but are now convinced :-). Stayed 12 nights in july 2012, in dublex room - perfect for a family with three children, aged 9, 7 and 4. The 4 year old loved the kids club (incl. in price), good food with enough variations both for children and adults, different pools with and without water slides, that can meet different needs, extra +++ for the ladies sitting in the small cottages, making a turkish course with cheese or meat, the kids loved it! Really helpful, friendly and polite staff all over, expecially the serviceminded room maids. Indoor pool which was nice to cool down in when it got really hot. The hotel had a nice spa :-). Nice evening show for the children, a free "tivoli". Clean rooms. Good focus on safety. A lot of people with different nationality at this hotel, a majority from eastern europe/russia, but that was not a problem at all. I could definitely recommend this hotell to any family with children. Those of the staff that did'nt speak english, spoke german, so we had no problem in communicating with the staff during our stay.
