great hotel that offer half pension and if u want u can pay for launch.I prefer this hotel fo those who love evening life cos shops are in Alanya opened all night long that is full of people. The best was that all is so close:the sea,the city.just few meters. All are cafes, restaurants nd people. In the hotel is small but great swimming pool.Stufs were kind breakfast nd dinner full of vegies, litle i missed less meat for dinner..But as for surrounding it was great everythink is close.Change ofice is next to the hotel with other shops wehre u buy all u need food nd swimming needs. The sea is so close that we had breakfast nd dinner by having view on the sea.Small but great hotel near just few meters to the sea,to the everythink.Dont forget visit evening city Alanya just 10 minutes full of cafes nd restaurants.

We only stayed 2 nights at this Hotel, as they were over booked at the Hotel we had originally booked on a package with Thomas Cook. We arrived at 4am and were made to feel very welcome. The staff were having a meal in the bar area and even offered to share their food with us. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we ended up going back to the Restaurant even when we had moved back to our own hotel. The pool area is very small but the beach is just accross the road where they serve excellent food and ice cold Efes.

I visited Wien hotel in late August 2008. I find it a great value for money. It is a very, very good 3 star hotel. Ideal location, 10 minutes walking from the center of Alanya, through a shopping street, close to big supermarkets (Migros and Macro). It is practically on the beach (you need to cross the street and a green area), which is nice, with parasols and beds for only 2.5 eur/day. The beach is now crowded, although it seems that lots of Turkish people come at that beach, especially during early morning and late afternoon. The surrounding is beautiful, lots of palms, grass, flowers, so you'll enjoy walking around. There is a small swimming pool, not really for swimming, but good for cooling. The hotel is very well maintained, the cleaning ladies were really doing a great job. The hotel itself is recently renovated, small, but very cute and comfortable rooms. You have to pay 1.5 eur/day for using the fridge (minibar) and also for the safe box. The food was very nice. Breakfast the same every day-cheese, salami, boiled eggs, some fruit, some vegetables, butter, corn flakes, marmalade, honey. The dinner was perfect, very tasty, different every evening, lots of starters, fresh salads, cooked vegetables, some meat, soup, desserts... The staff in the restaurant is not perfect, one of them was trying to sell a trip around the area with his car for 15 Eur, but you ignore them and you are OK. I would highly recommend this hotel because of its location, visual look and food. Only one recommendation-Alanya has terribly warm and humid climate in the summer, until you get used you can really suffer.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean, and the hotel staff kept it clean all the time of our stay there but the food was awfull. The breakfast choice of food was the same everyday ,but very poor (bad quality salami, awfull cheese, butter ).The dinner is included but without drinks (not even water). The pool was too small, wasn't kept clean, with a very bad surounding( it can be seen from the pictures attached with this comment). The hotel has a private beach, right across the street , but the hotel guests have to pay for sun loungers.

Very important notice about Alanya :
1. Do not use Selavi turs for any kind of arranged tour. We paid 45 euro each to be taken to Waterpark Troya in Belek and they lied to us ,and took us to the near by waterpark which is smaller and costs about 25 euro per person. Afterwards they didn't want to repay us although we spent the whole day trying to get back to Alanya on our own. They even were rude and yealling to us.

Stayed here for 11 nights with our two young boys and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and recently refurbished. All rooms have a sea view and of the castle. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is nice and we stayed on a half board basis. I liked the idea of being in a routine and eating at set times because of the children otherwise I would normally try and avoid a half board stay at a hotel but this was very nice and am going back again this year. We have family in Alanya and so I hope to be staying at this hotel a lot more.

The hotel has their own beach and bed across the road and you can have lunch there too and the food is nice.

  • Liked — Close to town centre and the beach across the road.
  • Disliked — The swimming pool because a building has been built and blocked the sun.
