Hotel is in a great location, practically on a beautiful Cleopatra beachp, very close to the city center, excellent possibilities of transfer by all means of transport (bus and taxi stops are directly next to the hotel, and the main bus station is very close, for transport to other cities of Turkey, personally I recommend Metro Agency: verified provides a safe, convenient, cheap travel). Hotel deserves its 3 stars, rooms are spacious enough, standardly furnished, restaurant is also satisfying, food is average. Pool is relatively good in size. Basic hotel, but looks like safe place with good service.

Room tip: maybe one above the main entrance

Small rooms with old furniture but overall clean, not to much choice for food, friendly staff and the best animation team/bartender Yunsuu Aksu! Alot of sun beds on the beach. Recommend for couples...

Stayed at this hotel back in October the staff were very helpful when arriving and did what they could with what we asked. The staff were lovely and there always on the move collecting glasses serving and always a clean ashtray. The rooms were nice and light clean too was given a lovely view room. The food was basic what you see in a lot of different hotel reviews but I'm sure people haven't had to pay much for staying there all inclusive if they have shaped around for a deal on a holiday. The chefs are lovely one seams very shy but give him a smile and I think it makes his day bless him they dint seam to get much in the way of people having manners and saying thank you. They also have the Turkish baths and massage in the hotel with quality lovely people that run it got on really well and they took time in chatting and asking how you are and helping with any questions about excursions or a nice restaurant and so on. We did go out a couple of times being my birthday and was told about a lovely restaurant up by the castle was definitely a hit with such views. I would stay there again. And thank you to all the staff.

Absolutely loved our stay here, all staff were very friendly, rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean, food also very basic but plenty of it, not much choice for vegetarians tho, pool area is very small and sun not out all day because of the high surrounding buildings, the beach is only down the road and it's beautiful, the beach bar is not part of all inclusive, all inclusive drinks at the hotel are just the basics but all good, just bare in mind you get what you pay for and don't expect 5*
