A modern Turkish bath, this place was a good find. It is about a 20 minute walk from downtown Alanya but is off a main street and a block away from the tourist information office. I had never experience a Turkish bath before and was expecting the traditional style of joint communal baths, but this was not the case and was a nice surprise. My wife and I did the full treatment (20 Euro) which was a 2 hour treatment that included the following: hot sauna, Jacuzzi tub, eucalyptus sauna, steam room, hot stone relaxation area, skin peel with mud facial, 30 minute massage. Most of the areas are self-explanatory but a highlight was the eucalyptus room. It is an amazing experience to be hot and cold at the same time…hot because the room is a sauna, but cold because you can feel the eucalyptus infusing your skin…very refreshing and unique. The English at this place isn’t the best, but they speak enough to get by. We were a little confused because we couldn’t figure out if the spa was guided or self-guided…about half-way through we asked them to send someone for us when we were supposed to move to the next station…recommend if you haven’t done something like this to have them walk you through the stations. Although this is a modern experience, I would go back…especially since the price point is fantastic.
