We had booked a family room and was delighted to get there to find we had been all been put in a standard double room with 4! Yes 4 beds in there was hardly and room too walk there wasn’t any working air conditioning we was booked in to stay there for 10 days and had payed almost £1000 pounds after 3 days we couldn’t bare to be there asked for a more suitable room and they couldn’t understand what we was saying and offered us another bed ! Then eventually someone understood what we was saying and said this was the largest room they have asked for a refund and they refused to do so asked absolutely disgusting the hotel food was disgusting and the pool was tiny the only thing that was good about the hotel is the location this hotel may be ok for a couple BUT FAMILYS STAY AWAY !!

Just got back yesterday went for two weeks food ok got a bit boring in the end due to it being same menu 2nd week, staff friendly except 1 senior staff member who can me rude to the English, person. Russian, German which are rude ppl and just push past in front of you and has no manners. Clean pool and rooms clean, fantastic to get to the shops, bizarre, beach 2 min walk, get some who try and rip u off but who don't. Trips are great boat trips, castle visit and mosque
just prepare yourself on walking uphill to the top to get to it but well worth it for the breath taking views of Alayna the jeeps what pick u up from your hotel is great we all had a laugh n music on the way it's a must.

Great Hotel clean and tidy - Friendly Staff - Food Was Great - Great location next to the beach and a long long row of shops right outside hotel if you turn left or right even a MCDONALDS and several supermarkets.

Drinks on all inclusive were exactly that drink as much as you want! There was a reasonable variety.

Mostly Russian people there but staff all talked English. So don't let that put you off going if you are English.

Great restaurants up and down the roads that do Fantastic Cocktails!

About an hour from the airport so not that long in our view.

Turkey is cheap for all the things we wanted like clothes and cigarettes.

English currency is welcome but Turkey prefer there own currency Lira. Although we found using our debit cards was the cheapest way and we got the best exchange rate.

Would we visit Arsi Hotel again?

Definately and we would recommend to anyone

Overall 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
