The hotel manager omer and his team did an absolute brilliant job at making our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a apartment room 501 and it was beautiful. The view from the balconies were amazing. The food was good too. They were so helpful at all times. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel called the house bar. The people there were so welcoming, abu, erkan, mohammed, ali, chef, they were all so lovely. We did 5 excursions through abu and sandy tours and you cannot fault the service they gave. It was really good. We will be back. Thank you guys for all all your help (hopefully you all get to see the review).

We stayed here for 2 weeks augest 29th-13september 2013. Arriving late night it was a massive let down, it was something out of the olden days, extremely dated and reception looks more like a hostel. Our room which was supposed to be booked for 4 adults was a tiny tiny bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds all with half a metre between them. Definitely not appropriate for 4 adults.. We definitely regretted paying all inclusive as the food was very poor and we struggled to find anything other than fruit which was appetising. There is no English consideration at all. The staff were very rude in their mannerisms and we often got ignored or disregarded as there is mainly different cultures that were there at that time who they would deal with first. The pool area is fine although it has no sun on it from around midday as it's shaded from the building. If you are looking for entertainment there isn't any in the evenings except we had one BBQ and a Turkish night, we were told of for laughing, singing and one night was refused drinks despite it being an all inclusive holiday. For location it's brilliant very central and the beach is round the corner not even a 5 minutewalk.its in the very centre if a busy street with a market just down the road, it really is brilliant for location if you want to go out for food and to bars but it's a very quieter area entertainment wise. There's a bus that goes regularly up on the main road to take you into alanya for shopping and it's veryc cheap but was very very busy. All around the area was fine but the hotel was extremely awful, I would come to Antalya again and have booked for September this year but another hotel definitely.

Straff is very kind and helpful.
The rooms are nice depending of the location. If you're at the part in the front of the hotel you have nice rooms with a big space. At the back part (red building) the rooms and bathroom are not that nice. Very little space. The other back part (white building) i dont know how they are. When i complained about the small space of the back part they moved to the front without any issues.
The location is pretty local. Which i liked very much.
My biggest complain if the touring gid of Cordendon calked Seyfettin. He is really a douchbagg and not the helpful with complains unless he can benefit from it himself. I was a translater for guest whom had issue with the hotel. He didn't accepted my help for the guest because he was trying to frame them. The guest still wanted my help but S. Was acting like a cry baby. Eventually the guest moved to another hotel. And we all complained a file towards S.

In October 2013 i stayed at Acar for 7 days and have no complaints, as i got what i paid for. I was pleased that the hotel could provide an AI concept at a very reasonable price. My room (225) was compact with standard amenities, quiet and kept clean on a daily basis ( including change of towels).
I did not need to dine out as i found the variety of food more than acceptable .The friendly staff played an important part in making my stay enjoyable and i would lke to thank Liliya for arranging a cake for my birthday.
It is a short walk to the beach and the hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants,You can either walk, go by taxi or public transport to Alanya town centre.
If you are travelling on a budget this hotel might be just what you are looking for.

We wanted a cheap week away in the sun and thats what we got, the hotel is near the beach and for 3 euros you get sunbeds and parasol, the sun is only at hotel for 3 hours each day but it was ok for us, the food was surprisingly good but we did eat out a few times (thats what we like to do) the rooms are small and basic but clean, the staff are pleasant, the guest's are mostly Dutch and German(we had no problems, a smile and hello go a long way!) Good location if you want shops, bars and restaurant on the door step, (market on mondays 100 yards) Alanya was ok but dont think we would go back, we perfer the Bodrum area but thats not the hotels fault, For what we paid, we feel we got good vaule for money, if you want 5* you have to pay for it!!!! The Jeep Safari is a great day out ( Hello to the gang!!!) Oh the pool is tiny and always in the shade

Room Tip: We stayed in room 225, it was okay, sun on balcony 12.30-3.30pm
