Stayed here for 5 nights after having to transfer from the dreadful El Mouradi Club. Thomas Cook rep said this hotel is used for unhappy customers who need to be transferred. Question is why they send anyone to the hellhole in the first place. From walking in to this lovely hotel you relax. Fab hotel with excellent staff. The whole place is spotless. Food was amazing with something for every taste (I am vegan) and plenty of it. The rooms are lovely as is the rest of the place. The pool area and private beach behind it is so relaxing. Can't praise it high enough. Felt at home and sorry to leave. First class treatment.
