I like people here, they are very nice and kind. Room is very good. Food is exselent. Its my first time in Tounisia but im prety shure that i will come back. Reception is kind and profesional. I like pool and morning work out with animation team.

we stayed here 11 days in DB with breakfast.
The check in was fast and ok. The room was pointing to the pool and sea.
We didnt have any sun on the balcony(during the date november , the sun is low on the sky. The room was not very clean and a bit warn(4 star standard as the highest ) There was a separate toilet and bathroom, small fridge and saftybox. The room neede a brushup and a renovation.
The cleaninglady was nice and helpful. They took the towels very early and we were without in 3-4 houer??? The breakfast was not so inviting and all the same,no bread,and many things missing. we eat between 800 and 945 Sorry...but many guests eat and behaved as wild , not civilised... table dirty and the waiter had a big job cleaning up after the guest.. also taking 6 eggs, 8 bread, a lot of sausice and so on , them just leaving it... very poor manor. (NOT the hotelstaff) sorry fore them. The reception was very nice and helpful....BUT this is at the higest 4*

After arriving after a very long journey from Heathrow and a two hour transfer arrived at our hotel. Given a dirty room with uncomfortable beds, the next day Mr Sahbi gave us a choice of rooms.
Eventually picked room 439 and it is super. Lovely sea view, comfortable beds and clean. Having a free safe and WiFi is an added bonus.
Staff are extremely friendly both at the bars and pool not forgetting the restaurant staff.
Beautiful pools, indoor and out and right on the beach. Can’t fault this hotel, returning on Sunday to England and will rebook for Whitsun week.

I came here to El Mouradi Palace with my wife and i must say I have had an amazing time! The animation team, Nouha, Rabii, oussema and lakrim the dj we're absolutely fantastic for the entertainment. The food was great and the staff were very friendly! The waiters and waitresses were very quick and welcoming. Amazing weather and really nice guests. I highly recommend if you are coming to stay near Sousse,Tunisa!
