The hotel is so cute . You can feel peace and love . Staffs are so nice and friendly . Rooms are clean . Beautiful hotel i love it a lot the food was very good and the rooms are clean , the beach is clean , i like the food , local food taste good , the pool is nice and kids have fun .. The animation team are amazing and kind they are doing their best and working hard to entertain us , i m sure i will come back to neptunia again

Upon getting to the hotel

the hotel was 1.5 miles from anywhere to go and the taxis like the others all want to sell and charge different rates
not able to walk as of the heat and information
the hotel does not have great food to chose from and gets boring after the 2nd day
it also had a broken toilet seat

it also had a broken toilet seat ,the main area in the room was not lite because the hotel staff took out one bulb while i was out of the room and the other 2 did not work ,the tv Ariel socket was broken (both rooms tv had no or unwatchable tv) the water tap started to only drip water so changed rooms (1st room) no wifi near the rooms (75%) and in places with wifi you could wait up to 45mins for a connection EVERYDAY the air con never worked even in the 2nd room i was given
in the 2nd room i started to get bitten i have over 100 bites from there the water tap started to only drip water so changed rooms
I liked the hotel very much! and in general, the rest the whole staff is very friendly! especially the animators,Larry is good dancer he so friendly and respectful. the restaurant staff and the beach staff))) are very helpful! very clean in the mornings, it is possible to meet marine little inhabitants) I advise
So I was 2 times before in Tunisia but this hotel no so this my thirst time and the first in this hotel and until the last holiday in my life it's willbe always here .
So the animation it's the best thing in the hotel they dancing every night and they smile all the time Aladdin the boss he so funny and always happy and the anothers boys they do the same .
The foods was top I like it so much .

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in . Nice pool .The food is shockingly bad ( liver for dinner and tea virtually every day ) and spirit's watered down and useless staff then this is the place to go to.
