“Bargain!”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

I stayed 1 week all inclusive with a friend. We really enjoyed it. The food was good, with lots of choice and there were many different drinks available. They even let us take drinks from the bar into the disco, where drinks are payable.
The staff were nice, especially the animation team, and we had a lovely waiter who took care of us all week. We played mini golf, ping pong, did archery, watched the entertainment.
The location isn't amazing as there isn't a lot around but you can take a bus to either Monastir or Sousse from right outside.
The other guests were mostly German and older (we are English and French) but we didn't care and found people to make friends with.
I would recommend the hotel as it's such a bargain and has a nice atmosphere.

Me and my friend went to this hotel for a week on the 3rd of march we met our boyfriends there so we didn't stay in the hotel much but from what we saw it was great the rooms were really big but we had twin beds not double. The maids always cleaned the room really well and never had trouble with anything going missing. The food we found was really bad not much choice and most of it not being cooked properly so we just went out to monastir and ate. We found the animation didn't really seem to get involved in many people especially us because we were with Tunisians but what they did do was good. This hotel is more German everyone can speak the language but not many can speak good English. All in all this holiday was very cheap and was worth the money but we defiantly won't be returning. This is my 9th time to Tunisia and this is by far the worst hotel i have stayed in.

This Hotel is spotless!!! the staff are AMAZING, the rooms are spot on, cleaned everyday, fresh bedding an towels everyday, i dont know why people are writing its a bad hotel!!! if u want 5 star then go pay for it! this is amazing for the price we paid for 2 adults 2 kids, food was alright, plenty of variety - alright the breakfast buffet could be better but as for lunch an dinner it was fine, the puddings are amazin too! my 4 year old twins LOVED it their, the animation team are fab with the kids, my boys love Maleek who we called disco dave, and Maji.. who we called Jimmy and of course karina the only girl, was amazing and my twins loved them all.. the downstairs bar staff really look after u, (especially if u give them a tip) if your nice to them an polite it really does go along way they looked after us really well... we highley recommend the quad biking!!! whatever price they give u, u can barter an get them to do it really cheap.. we got 2 hours for the 4 of us for 80 dinar an it was well worth it! its a brilliant day and the kids loved it! we dont recommend the pirate ship trip! their not nice people! But we would definatley go back to this hotel - and will be very soon!! their are ALOT of germans, but we didnt care, we had a lovley time, the indoor pool was a life saver as it was abit cold for the outdoor one with the kids but it was feb/march ... so we'll return in july when its nice n hot and we cant wait! massive hotel .. i didnt wana come home xx

Room Tip: room 334 was massive!

We were a group of 4 girls trying to escape the cold German weather.
Big Hotel, lots of german touristes. My Room was clean and big. The staff was very friendly. I did some animation which was fun. It was an all inclusive trip for 7 days. The Hotel needs some renovation but all in all it was great. We (the other girls and i) plan to return sometime next May.

I read a couple of conflicting reviews about this hotel but booked it anyway. It was great. The staff are unbelievably helpfull. The food is aimed at the germans, but really tasty and always a great choice. There is entertainment every night for an hour or so. Even though I went in January and during the week it was quiet, everything was still up and running and every effort made to ensure you have a great time. The drinks are of a god quality. The shop is always open. The heated indoor pool was lovely and as warm as a bath. Most of the staff speak quite good english and are eager to learn more. I paid £279 including luggage and transfers and it was an absolute bargain. I would highly recommend this hotel, above El Kantoui which I went to last year. If you want 5* luxury then pay for it. I would have been happy if I had paid double what I did. Will definately be heading back there.

Room Tip: It is only a three story hotel. We wanted a sea view but thay are by request. We were allocated a...

Big hotel, full of german touristes. All staff speak german: reception, animation team, waiters. All of the german touristes had all inclusive system and because of that they were served accordingly. We had only breakfast and dinner (we've stayed there for 6 nights) and we had to pay for drinks but during our vacations only FB manager one time offered us to drink sometihing during a dinner. You have to pay for everything in this hotel: for towels, for safe, even for remote control. There is no wi-fi connection, but internet desk near reception (8 TND per hour, necessary to use at least 1 hr).
Anyway, on the check-in I got free upgrade from single room to double room and free early check-in. The room was spacious with balcony and fully equipped, but furniture was old and renovation is definitely needed. Breakfast and dinner are variable. There is also covered swimming pool (for free) with very warm water and it was very nice to swim there. I used SPA only once (massage), price were decent for me (40 TND for 30 min).
Hotel has big territory with open-air swimming pool and own beach. Location of the hotel is far from Monastir, we took a bus, and rather close to Sousse. But in general if you don't take excursions, there is nothing to do. I think I won't go back in this hotel, but will recommend it to my grandmom.

We stayed at this hotel in November, 2012 and are returning March 2013. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is very good and there is a great selection available. The hotel has entertainment every night and there are large seating areas available.
