This is the 3rd time since June 2012 that I have stayed at this hotel and always we have a lovely time. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make your holiday enjoyable . The hotel is clean & the food good and always plenty to choose from. The entertainments team are brilliant too. My tean daughter had another lovely week and wants to go back real soon. Give this hotel a try, you won't be disappointed.

Booked this hotel due to the price, very reasonable for all inclusive. Using trip advisor was happy to see so many good reviews, but thought it strange that the hotel was voted one of the best in the area being only a 3 star.

The hotel is huge, with plenty of outdoor space which was ideal foro my son aged 8 to run around and meet loads of new friends. The entertainment team were really good both during the day and night, which made my time as a single parent really good, as I was able to also enjoy myself and relax.

Only negatives would be the outside pools were too cold, but I went in February, but there is a good size indoor pool. The rooms are very basic, but clean, no TV which I thought was strange, but on staying in another hotel, there are no English channels anyway, so it may be useful to take a laptop with DVD's.

Food in the restaurant was really good, plenty of choice, and the waiters were allways at hand to help - a small tip (£3) at the beginning of the week, whilst not needed always make sure your treated well.

Only issue is the airport, there are many porters that want to take you bags to your transport coach then want to be given £10 for a minutes work - tell these idiots - no, dont need your help and your be OK. Also had an issue with the customs officer on leaving, as he tried to steal my pen - but told him to get stuffed too, which did make me feel better.

In summary, the hotel is great for anyone who wants to enjoy themselves and not worry about drink or food bills, but happy to miss out on a few luxuries in the room. PS take your own towels, or if you do buy out there, be careful as the colours will run in the wash when you get home.

PPS Haggle like mad - if you dont like the price walk away.

We needed a great price holiday for a 50th Birthday celebration week and a bit of winter sun and this resort really delivered. The staff were friendly and highly organised ( you can tell they handle huge numbers in the summer I imagine). Rooms clean, take your own hairdryer, perfectly good, always hot water etc and cleaned daily and well. The food was really great ( diet out the window!) and although drinks variety not great gin& tonics, wine in the restuarant just fine.
We used the beauty salon - seriously go for the massages - heaven and very very inexpensive. Creepy guy promoting the salon but don;t be put off - the girls were great.
Camel caravan - really fun - again inexpensive - do forget about 'health & safety though!! hey you're on holiday!!!
Paragliding - seriously - under £10.00 and just fantastic.
Area outside the hotel, yep pretty grin, but Monastir lovely - get the 'noddy train' for 7 diners return. Not hassled that much in the markets but do dress modestly otherwise you'll feel really uncomfortable. Beach bar great and chips and pizza available all day !! again REALLY bad for the diet!!

Room Tip: We were just happy with what we were given, Do take your own beach towels ( or buy one in the market...

We found this hotel to be beautiful , grounds were fantastic as was the beach . Hotel was very clean & staff very friendly . The rep was great & as helpful as he could be . My one complaint with the hotel was the food , lumps of bacon wrapped in cabbage & floating in Gravy or rice pudding for breakfast really did not float my boat . Spent the week living on crunchy chips luke warm pasta & puddings which were amazing . This was my 2nd visit to Tunisia & I will not be going back .

Arrived at this hotel with my daughter and 23months old grandson at 10.30 in the evening. Recieved a meal of turnip, chips and chicken with an orange to follow. Went to our room which was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen, with a double bed, single and a cot in it. There was no room for the cases or the buggy and we needed to move a chair to open the balcony door. Next morning we upgraded to an appartment on the 7th floor for an extra 25TD a night. This room had room, an LCD TV and a fridge. The staff are all lovely, informative and helpful. The food was not that great and have to say it is the worst all inclusive food I have had. The weather was generally fair, but would not have expected anything else. All in all I would say if you dont mind small rooms and rubbish food, this is the place for you. On a plus the rooms were clean, although the hotel was old and dated. This hotel is iscolated with nothing around it, so you cannot go out for a stroll in the evenings to the local shops. all in all not for us.

Room Tip: Book an apartment on the 7th floor.

I stayed at this Hotel last summer for a week with my wife & 16 year old granddaughter. It was certainly value for money, the food was nothing to get excited about but it certainly satisfied our appetites. I liked the idea of being allocated the same table for the duration of our stay receiving excellent service from our regular waiter who was always cheerful and polite. Wish I could say the same for the reception staff and some of the bar staff who can only be described as downright rude. There is no excuse for such bad manners especially from front of house staff. It’s a pity that I feel obliged to write such negative comments because on the hole it’s quite a nice hotel. The grounds and swimming pools are certainly the outstanding feature with immediate access to the beach and a very good free onsite aqua park which was well supervised.
The room that we had was OK but a little on the small side; being honest I don’t go on holiday to sit in a hotel room, therefore so long as it’s clean, the bathroom is OK, air conditioning works, has a nice balcony and comfy bed then that’ll do for me.
The entertainment was a little lame but at least it gave us something to get dressed up for in the evening. As we’re not drinkers I can’t comment on the alcohol but the soft drinks and hot beverages were fine; especially the espresso.
Being an early riser, I’m usually up by 6am so getting a decent spot around the pool wasn’t a problem, allowing for some me time with a book and ipod tunes; however you would struggle to get decent beds with a parasol if you’re not up at the crack of dawn.
We’ve stayed at nicer hotels but it certainly ranks in the top half of our list, unfortunately the rude front of house staff are most certainly letting this hotel down which sadly means that we only rank this hotel as average in our honest scoring.
