Stayed at this hotel from 7-21st April 2013, with my wife & son. As it was early season not all of the facility's in the hotel were open. [beach bar,outside entertainment, BBQ.etc.] this was reflected in the price we paid. The outdoor pool was very cold but indoor pool large and warm,not to busy. Weather was great as were the other guest staying, everyone seemed very happy. The staff were first class,from reception,bar staff,Restaurant staff & waiters, & management. We had no complaints about the food. I would like to especially thank,Akram, Zuga, Jongi,Nahil & Salem,& chef Amor for looking after us so well. Reception staff carried our luggage to our taxi when we were leaving very early in the morning. Hope to see you all in September.

I am a frequent traveller and this hotel one is the worst places in Tunisia. The personnel (reception, restaurant, cleaning) is very rude and aggressive. The room is not clean and the bathroom needs major maintenance. The restaurant offers limited choices with no quality food. To avoid in any case and at any price.

This was a stereo type resort hotel which I’m glad we only spend 1 night in. Impressive and very extensive grounds, it was huge but then it is meant to cater for the crowds which come in the summer time. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but it was adequate. Dominant guests were German tourists when we were there.
Rooms were clean, but a bit dated, and once again as we did for another 5* hotel, we didn’t tell them we had a toddler with us but when we returned from our room after going out sightseeing, the staff brought a cot to the room, which had been set up for us, which I thought was quite a nice touch.

Great holiday - everything was good until one day we left our camera for a short while on the bar by mistake, we went to retrieve it from the bar but it had been stolen. We advised the Hotel Manager/staff and they took us to see the security camera which covered the bar. The system was rather antiquated and was unable to pause the system and therefore we were unable to recover the camera at that time. However, once back in the UK two weeks later, we received a phone call from the Manager stating they had retrieved the camera somehow. We were very pleased and asked if they could send it to us in the UK but they declined saying they were unable to do this. We did offer to pay the expense of sending on to us but they declined again, we then contacted LowCost Holidays who we booked with and they also refused to get involved. We never got the camera back.. We were disappointed by the outcome, bearing in mind that they had somehow retrieved the camera but would not co-operate in sending it back to us.

Room Tip: We had a room on first floor looking over the pool. Good. However, can't submit a photo as the camera was stolen. Very disappointing as we have no memories of the holiday to share.

just back from a week at this hotel,, booked because it was 5 star somewhere we had'nt been.... will not be going back. booked all inclusive but lots of things were'nt included.. food was average, we got al a carte 3 nights in our deal, had to book and pick between 2 starters and 3 mains with only 1 choice of pudding ... carpet salesmen were in the hotel all the time mingling with the guests.... we had 3.5 hr transfers each way, got there at 2-15 in the morning... staff were ok but maintenance people slow... would say this is a 2 star hotel at best...
