If you want a non biased review read this one.
Beautiful hotel from as soon as you pull up until your bags are taken to your amazing clean spacious rooms!
Food was impeccable and so much choice and variety! The staff couldn't do enough for you and we had the same table most nights that the waiter saved for us! The a la carted were beautiful especially the Tunisian one which is open air, candle lit dinner with beautiful a views of the pool and gardens with a gentleman on a guitar quietly strumming in the background!
We had room 140 which was a ground floor room overlooking the quiet pool and gardens which was massive!! Gourgous furniture!
The activities in this hotel are out of this world. Whatever you want to do they have spread out throughout the day so you can do as much or as little as you like.
Beach was like talkan powder!
Only downside was when we went no English could book so it was mainly Russians, Germans and Italians. Would have been nice to have some English conversations but that really is the only bad part!
The live entertainment shows are out of this WORLD! Great staff who really make you feel welcome. I would 100% book again and would recommend to everyone!!

Spent two weeks with wife and 3 year old son, loved every minute. Wife is vegetarian, the restaurant manager and the chef ensured she was well looked after with variety of veg dishes at lunch and dinner. Restaurants had themed nights which meant there was always something different and service was good. Mungo club and its staff were excellent for our 3 year old and kept him busy in adventures and sports.
All water sports were included with additional activities throughout the day and evening entertainment ensured that two weeks were not enough.
Overall very pleased, its very clean hotel with great value for money and offered excellent service and plenty to do in the club.
Some staff at beach do not give accurate details, would recommend obtaining all facts from reception then joining the activities.

The hotel is clean in everything: rooms, food, beach, pool... You can feel safe there.
There is a nice wifi connection in the lobby, enough for Skype, mails and browsing.
Dinner meals got a 14-days cycle: so you are not going to eat all the same stuff everyday :-)) As for the "a la carte" restaurants - there is no sense in them, since the main restaurant provides greater variety, quality and quantity;-)
Drinks are fine, yet local. While dining when ordering a glass of wine you get a bottle, and then the second bottle as soon as the first one comes to an end.
The service is as good as you can expect from the middle level 5 star all-inclusive resort.
For those looking for animation and sport activities - you get it all :-) for those who want to relax - no one will bother you.

Second stay at this hotel. Stayed for here 15 nights. Booking from the UK can be tricky and we booked through Magic Life, Tui in Vienna Austria. But I think it is now back on Thomson’s site. Rooms are a good size with balconies, some on ground floor surrounding the main pool. Good wifi access in reception and terrace outside, but not elsewhere. Main restaurant décor a bit dated, and can be busy when hotel full, so worth waiting until a bit emptier as the food keeps coming. Three speciality restaurants which you can book the day before at no extra charge, but we found the food generally better in the main restaurant. Staying here improves your German! English in the minority. Staff able to speak most languages and a few words of French or Arabic are most appreciated! The occasional tips makes a lot of difference to the attention you receive. Water sports excellent, good selection of catamarans, sail boards and canoes. Sea can be rough with breaking waves with strong easterlies, but usual settles down in a day. Hotel beach very convenient and clean. But walk up the beach a bit towards Yasminia Marina (2 km) and it becomes a bit untidy and litter strewn (public beach areas.) Cafes and restaurants around Maria very nice. Euros accepted every where, at about 1 Euro = 2 Dinaris. GB pounds not accepted. Visit a local market and you will be somewhat mobbed by vendors, but never felt unsafe. Magic Life animation staff attentive and involve themselves with you as much or as little as you like. Missed good quality coffee, but orange juice the real thing. Will probably stay again.

Room Tip: Ask the reception in advance for a ground floor room by the main pool.

Our 15th visit (3rd time this year) to this beautiful hotel essentially to celebrate my husband's birthday. As he is a keen fisherman it was no trouble to organise a fish shaped (chocolate) cake for him as well as decorating our evening dinner table.
There are lovely well kept gardens with it's own beach area with lovely fine sand. We had a sunbed on the beach everyday as we like to watch the watersports, banana, windsurfing, canoes, waterskiing & catamarans as well as swimming in the very clean water. There is a beach bar which also provides sandwiches plus a security guard who keeps an eye on the beach vendors & your belongings.
All staff whether they are management or maintenance, are so friendly & helpful & nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are well maintained , & provided with mini fridge with soft drinks, & water, TV, mini safe plus a hairdryer & shower gel, Towels changed daily . Towels are also provided for the beach & pool areas.
There are al a carte restaurants which have to be booked the day before but the food in the main restaurant is so varied anyway with a different them everyday with a gala dinner night once a week. The restaurant is decorated for the theme & the waiters have matching costumes. The bar staff soon learn your regular drinks, even for the time of day knowing when you want a special coffee & when you want something a bit stronger. There is also a cocktail of the day as you enter the main restaurant in the evening & greeted by the waiters.
The resident entertainment team provide day time activities ranging from fitness to football, aquagym, archery, mountain biking to boules on the beach. In the evenings professional dancers put on shows. The team also does comedy sketches karaoke, quizzes as well as enticing guests to dance at the live music & there is a disco for the night owls.
There are also local shops & a marina to visit & the hotel is only 30 minutes transfer time from Enfidha airport.
Whether you want a relaxing time or want to join in an activity this hotel has something for everybody. In fact we have already booked to go again next May.

Room Tip: The building is only 2 storeys high with lifts if needed & most rooms are quiet

Really good hotel, very clean, big rooms and child friendly. Service is excelent and staff are helpful.

One aspect we really liked, but I have not seen in the other reviews is the indoor garden which gives a nice 'tropical' atmosphere to the building.

Only negative comment is that the baby pool is badly designed, as it has high walls it is not easy to get in/out of. The pool was also dirty at the time of our visit, which was surprising as the other pools were spotless!

Room Tip: Corner rooms seem bigger on the plan.
