I didnt actually stay at this hotel on one of our trips we came here to pick up another guest all the staff were on strike and the guests did not get any food during thier stay or rooms cleaned etc. The reason the staff were on strike is that the manager of the hotel had not paid the staff for four months!!! So god only knows what a stay there would be like and if you had any complaints it sounds like they may fall on deaf ears!!

The hotel is located directly on the beach midway between Hammamet and Yasmine Hammamet. A couple of small shops nearby for essentials but you need to go into one of the resort centers for anything else - it's only a few dinar in a taxi.
On arrival we were given the wrong room but there was no problem and we were moved the following morning to a lovely room overlooking the beach. We had a family room with a large double bed and a singe bed with a pull out single underneath. The room was lovely and clean and the maids did a good job. No TV in the rooms but that wasn't an issue.
There were only a few British in the hotel the rest being Polish, Italian, French, German, Russian; we were made to feel welcome by all the staff and didn't have problems communicating - not everyone spoke English but we didn't have any problems. I have to disagree with the previous review regarding warning signs etc not being in English - I had read the review before going and made a point of checking the signs, almost everything was in English and the entertainment staff made a big effort to include all nationalities in the activities.
The staff made a big fuss of the children and our 4 year old loved the kids club located next to the play area and childrens pool.
The food was excellent, lots of choice and the standard was very good and tried to cater to guests from many countries. There were some strange dishes on the Tunisian night that I wasn't brave enough to try!!!
The pools and grounds were very well kept and there were always enough beds to go around.
We booked the hotel indenpendently and paid under £50 per room per night on an All Inclusive basis - for a family of 2 adults a 4 yrs old and a toddler it was fantastic value!
If you want to be around other Brits and eat bacon and egg for breakfast this isn't the hotel for you, but if you are happy to mix with other nationalities then give it a go.

We were slightly worried about the lack of English reviews before we booked this hotel, but then we found one that said they were worried too, but neededn't have been. - THIS IS NOT TRUE.

This hotel has a lovely pool and is very close to the beach, which is also nice, however they are not geared up to cater for English visitors. The warning/safety signs are written in three languages (in addition to Arabic), but none of them are English, so unless you speak French, German or Italian, you're going to have problems. And this is the problem with the hotel, all over.

The evening entertainment is not in English at all, and whilst the compere says everything three times, you've guessed it, we didn't understand a word of it. It's not even advertised in English.

One of the anamation team laughed when we told him where we were from and even asked if we had booked the wrong hotel! But to be honest, it was nice, that he'd even made the effort. None of the hotel staff were able to understand us, nor make them selves understood. This was a problem when we were trying to move rooms when the water coming out of our taps was brown.

The food is edible, but monotonous, however my advice would be to inspect it carefully as I found a dead fly in mine and that pretty much put me off for the rest of the trip.

All in all, I think if you are looking to visit Tunisia, you should find a different hotel. If you have already booked this hotel and are now reading my review, I would respectfully suggest you see about changing it, or take a German/French/Italian dictionary with you.

Take extra money with you as you'll want to eat out a lot, besides, I would have thought calling this hotel "All Inclusive" is generous. At best, it's full board, with drinks included.
