I have to say, this hotel was superb! we also stayed during ramadan (13-21 sept) but the staff were still really friendly, always said good morning and were very pleasant. I dont speak a word of french, but the staff did really well trying out their english on us.
The room was amazing, we had a fantastic view on the forth floor, overlooking the sea, it was jaw dropping! The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day.
The only negative thing i would say is that drinks in the hotel are double what you would pay elsewhere.
We went b&b so we had the opportunity to go out and find some lovely resturants, we were paying about £20 each for a good 3 course meal and drinks, however not much night life, so as long as you dont mind drinking in resurants and soaking up the atmostphere then its fine.
The shopkeppers are quite scary as first, but so long as you have your wits about you and go prepared then youll be fine.
I recommend the sahara trip, its hard work, your on the bus for a long time, but you see an awful lot. Its deffo worth £85, be warned, you stay overnite in a 3* hotel! its a shock to the system after staying at the saphir palace!
We had a fantastic holiday here, I would go back again tomorrow if I could! x

We stayed here for 8 nights, I booked it as I have stayed in a number of Accor hotels and you normally expect decent standard.

This is advertised as a luxury 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is fairly new, and the rooms are well appointed. The air conditioning is clearly a problem we complained about the room being hot 3 days in a row but the answer was that the air conditioning was working and there wasn't a problem. We were eventually offered another room but it was no different. We had trouble sleeping because of the heat.

The pool area was nice if not spectacular, the hotel was very quiet and so there was no problem with sun loungers or space.

Food at the hotel was reasonable if expensive compared to similar quality elsewhere in the resort. Breakfast however was very good with lots of choice.

Hammamet is nothing to write home about, the beach isn't great and the water isn't clear. Having said that there are some very good restaurants in the marina.

Hammamet yasmine where this hotel is located is nothing but prupose built hotels and I imagine it will soon be the new 'coast del sol'.

The hotel and the pool are nice and the beach across the street is nice; I don't know if it was because we were there during Ramadan, but the staff seemed particularly surly and unfriendly. If you don't speak fluent French, you will not get any service.
It was difficult to get an English-speaking guide set up for touring around Tunis, etc. and difficult to get transport back and forth to the airport.
Beware of the local shopkeepers; they can be very agressive and hostile.

Hammamet Yasmine is just a place with tourists all around, for kilometres. No point.

Some stuff were stolen in our luggages in our room !!!

The buffet is quite good but very repetitive.

For the high price, you won't even have the pa for free

I loved this place. The staff was friendly. The room was large and well appointed. Close to the beach with many restaurants and shops nearby.
