This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are well appointed and my sea view room had the most fabulous outlook straight to the ocean. The cleanliness of both the rooms and public areas was a very high standard, as you would expect in a 5* hotel. All my linen was changed daily and the maid was very sweet and personable. All the staff were very helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is right on the beach and within a few minutes you can walk easily to the medina or the marina and access many cafés and local attractions. I would definitely return to hammamet and this hotel. Thank you Saphir Palace for a wonderful holiday!

I had a great weekend with all my family in hotel iberostar saphir palace all the staff was nice and friendly foud was great rooms clean bar service and restaurant good manger and animation staff always at listen and they help us when we need something and really i like it also its a good hotel if you want to relax and we gonna come again in march for one week .

I went to saphir palace from 23 july until 3 august. The service was very good! If you wanted something they would always help you. The rooms were clean, if you needed something you could always askes the staff and you had it in 5 minutes! The location was very good because there was a street with a lot of shops, the beach was just on the other side of the street and there was also a beachbar so if you wanted to drink something you could just go to the beachbar and you don't have to pay for it if you have all-inclusive. There were also a lot of activity's with the animators like volleyball, petanque, archery, aquagym,... The animators are good dancers and if they do the clubdance there is always a lot of fun. At the evening there was always something to do, most off all performance that I never saw before. You could always go out with the people from the animation. The bartenders were also very nice and the staff from the restaurant were very friendly. The food was also very good and a lot of fruit. The pool was very big and the poolbar was very nice to chill and drink something. The music was also very good so a big thank you too pino! The spa was also very big and the people were nice and friendly. The boss from Saphir Palace is a person who would do anything to pleasure you.
I will go back I am older because the hotel and the staff were very nice and good. It really deserves 5 stars!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The hotel staff is very kind and they help you with every single problem. The rooms and the pool is very clean. There was also a lot of choice by food which makes it even more better. Animation team are amazing, they are very kind and helpfull and they try to make your holiday better. Especially Zizou, I want to thank him for my most awesome holiday ever. I'm coming back in April so really, it's a very great hotel!

hotel staff reception and restaurent are outanding the freshly cooked the breakfast was the best we have ever had in tunisia the room very clain but the hotel need thorough refurbishment the rooms are dated it certanly not 5 star .they need change decouration tv and fournitures .the hotel have excellent direction
