“Lovely Hotel”

My daughter and I have visited this hotel in June twice before and are booking for our third year in a row. The rooms are always lovely and clean the bathroom spotless and we always get a lovely view over the sea (and hope next year they will accommodate us with a sea view) we couldn't be happier. The pool area is lovely and is very spacious with more than plenty of sunbeds and if you can't get an umbrella there are lots of lovely trees it sit under. The food is plentiful and always hot and tasty, if you can't find something to suit you on the buffet then you must be an extremely fussy eater. The reception staff are most welcoming and always ready to help, the bar staff are also very friendly and so are the waiters always there to top up your glass, without making a nuisance of themselves just friendly. The pool lifeguard was always to hand to bring sunbed cushions and help move your beds to where you wanted it to be. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday and I am looking forward to many more to come.

Well located on seafront Nice welcome from Reception staff. Beautiful spacious room with excellent bathroom comfortable beds. Just 2 problems room hot at night when air conditioning failed. Room not always cleaned until reception alerted to problem.
Food excellent quality and varied choice plus plentiful no matter when you dine early or late. Desserts to die for !!!! I have stayed in many Tunisian hotels and this ranks among the very best.

Staff friendly but evening animation shows can be embarrasing !
Reception area relaxing and water features add to atmosphere
By general Tunisian standards this 5 star
We stayed demi pension but still unfortunately had to wear the hated wrist band
To anyone wishing to visit Hammamet Yasmine I confidently recommend this hotel
Relaxing unhurried not overcrowded when full......just 286 rooms Garden small mainly occupied by pool area
Although in info on net says wifi in rooms it is not Only in reception area and can be slow
But this is Tunisia and overall excellent value. If you have a problem it is dealt with quickly and politely.
Oh the food.........more please and soon !!!!!

Hotel was clean, freindly reception staff, but they waiters and bar staff will hit on anyone that is single, blonde and young, so be aware, but dont be put off just be firm. Enterainment staff were freindly and have a hard job to entertain in different languages and day and night.
Food was plenty but very samie from lunch to evening meal.
as a relaxing Holiday just what we needed.
wi-fi was good in lobby and down by pool.

Room Tip: sea view is great view

So glad this wasn't our main holiday! but still expected to get what we paid for. This definitely isn't a five star hotel. The restuarant was of poor hygiene standard, didn't enjoy going for breakfast at all! some of the bar staff were either miserable or rude, although Hichem was friendly and very helpful. The animation team were fantastic.The weather was good which earned tunisia the 3rd star!

This was a brilliant holiday namely because the hotel was of a high quality and the temperature was absolutely 100% perfect (about 25 degrees). It was brilliant with a few minor faults that were:
1) twin beds rather than a double (apparently this is most rooms)
2) Internet access reception only
3) bar service very very slow and the staff favoured non English
4) evening entertainment was very very poor so unless you go out you'll be playing sudoku in reception
5) food was very samey every day but I'm not fussy so it was okay for a week

Would recommend, beach was amazing! ;-)

We took good note of your comment on the twin beds and as you well say only our Junior Suites have proper double beds; Moreover, we would like to point out that we do offer free Wi Fi access in our lobby, the internet connection in rooms being with wire only and on extra charge.

Moreover, we are sorry to hear that the service at our pool bar was not satisfactory and passed on your comment to our head of department for information as at IBEROSTAR we lay high value on our personnel being guest orientated and welcoming at all times.

Further, we regret your disappointment with our entertainment offer. We will continue doing our best to bring performances which are of good taste and variety so as to guarantee no wishes left open.

We stayed here mid September and I must say this has by far been the worst resort I have ever been to. My wife and I travel all over quite frequently and made the mistake of visiting this place. The city itself is quite nice the medina reminded me of Alladin. Food was disgusting and of poor quality throughout our stay we found it much better off the resort. The buffet was constantly being cross contaminated there was also fixed times for eating and no snacks . Drinks were ok but not great. Wifi only in the lobby and wa intermittent. Fitness room would charge 10 dinar daily and only consisted of 3 cardio equipment (only 2 worked) and a bench with free weight 5-40. There is wayyyy to much wrong with this place STAY AWAY pleeeease!!!!!!!! Stick to Mexico for proper all incl.

We read your comment on our gastronomy offer and restaurant with our utmost attention and would like to point out that our hotel is HACCP certified on food safety, presentation and manipulation, and undergoes regular auditing controls made by external companies to ensure our high quality standards at all times; Further as you can check both on our website and brochure, the restaurant’s opening times are reported as well as the snacks available for our All Inclusive guests by our snack bar when the restaurant is closed. We also regret that our buffet couldn´t meet your expectations, mainly because the quality and the diversity of our culinary offer counts to our strengths. We take your comments regarding our cuisine very seriously, because we wish that our gastronomy remains a very special treat for our guests.

Moreover, the access to the fitness room is free for All Inclusive guests and on extra charge for other boards as it is run by an external company inside the Spa.

We went end of Sept till 6 Oct. We had. A lovely. Time . Only one hiccup but don't want to mention. It . Food was nice always something to eat same in all Tunisia.weather was good . Had a lovely. Large room which was cleaned every day. Entertainment round pool was good &not at all pushy like some hotels in Tunisia well done the team. Manager is always. About &a very nice man always very polite
