Prior to arriving a few days ago I was worried about how the hotel staff would treat English guests having read other comments. They couldn't be more wrong, the staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The beach bar is my favourite and they make fantastic margaritas! The hotel is clean and a good choice of food unless you are a picky eater. Prices very reasonable for drinks and snacks. There is a lot of security on the beach to stop you getting hassle from beach vendors. The room is lovelly and cleaned daily. I would definitely come back to this hotel. I haven't written a review while still in the hotel before so hopefully the great stay who continue !

Came here for a relaxing holiday as a young couple, all of the hotel staff were disinterested or unfriendly toward us with the exception of a few of them.
Unsure why so many local people were there but they received all of the staffs attention.
On our first day at the infinity pool we ordered a drink twice, never to receive it. The infinity pool was full of kids which we didn’t expect.
Service was slow to us but not others. We were placed far down the beach away from the bar if we didn’t choose a location closer quicker, lots of the beach loungers were reserved and empty.
Room was beautiful, pool was beautiful but we would not recommend this place.
We also were followed by a member of staff to the medina and ripped off.
Very disappointed. Been to Tunisia before and had a wonderful time and everyone was friendly. We picked the wrong hotel this time.

The hotel was clean and beautiful but NOT 5*. I would not recommend it to Europeans who do not accept discrimination! We were there for one week and never had a nice spot at the beach. Even when it was empty (see my pic), all the front spots are always reserved for locals by the beach boy! During the whole week, we had no chance to get one! The towels they give are already used, thank god I had my own! We booked a table in Les Voiliers restaurant for lunch and our table was busy when we came. Finally, we had a bill which was 40 dinars more then we ordered! The main restaurant was good with very polite staff. The wi-fi sometimes was ok near the reception but not in the room. The gym is so small and has no water cooler. I was shocked by such service and would never give it 5*.

The hotel itself is beautiful with well maintained grounds and only around 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel includes 1 indoor heated swimming pool and 2 outdoor pool including an infinity pool.
Firstly, I highly recommend booking a hamman massage at the hotel's spa. You're guided for a steam, body scrub, private Jacuzzi, full body massage, relaxation and tea. Lovely facilities and helpful staff all for only 300DT for 2 people and the experience is around 2 hours.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The waiters will serve whatever you need at the pool sides and the beach, room service is also available.
There is a small gym available, it is limited but includes a few weighted machines and cardio equipment.
The rooms are gorgeous and well maintained. We booked a standard double which was very spacious and a comfortable huge bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a big walk in shower. All bedrooms include either a balcony or patio. The housemaids were amazing. We tipped them just 10DT daily and each day they decorated our room more beautiful with flowers and hearts.
The beach is lovely, sandy and warm sea. Includes water activities which were great fun. Staff were great, service, drinks and food was also good. You can also get a shisha on the beach.
There is a pub serving italian, thai restaurant, a main restaurant (this is also where guests with half board eat), a pool side restaurant overlooking the infinity pool and beach, restaurant by the main pool, and during the day, 2 beach restaurants.
The food was good and very well presented. We went half board but unfortunately I was at times disappointed with the food available. The buffet was good and included a range of different cuisines. However some days included food ordered from the menu which was very limited. Another disappointment was drinks were not included with dinner, this includes water. However the staff were amazing. Breakfast was great, wide range of choice.
The restaurant at the infinity pool was amazing. Very well presented, delicious...highly recommended. The food during the day at the beach was great. Some days they did a bbq, fresh fish and meat platters available too.

The food available for half board. I would recommend booking bed and breakfast because we ended up paying for most meals accept breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was amazing and highly recommended to anyone.

During the weekends can get very busy. Although the beach is meant to be private for guests, over the weekend everyone comes for vacation. Service is very slow.

The prices for food and drink at the hotel are similar to British pounds. I would recommend that you buy snacks, alcohol and especially bottles water at the shop 2 minutes from the hotel. To buy a 900ml bottle of water was 5DT at the hotel. For 12 Litres of water at the shop was 2DT. (The rooms include a fridge).

I also recommend exchanging money at the hotel or once in tunisia. We exchanged out money at gatwick airport with significantly lower exchange rates.. get more for your money.

Things to be careful of:
-If going outside of the hotel, you may be approached by people telling you they're staff from the hotel and if they can help with anything. Tell them no and walk away. If you ask them for directions or they take you were you need to go, You're likely to be robbed.
-Careful with carrying valuables outside of the hotel and keep them safe.
