I'll start with the good points. The hotel very nice and clean and staff very friendly, that’s were it ends! I don't consider myself to be fussy about my food or drink but boy was this a challenge! My partner and I, plus our 5 year old little boy paid to go all inclusive then we would not have the expense of drinks and ice creams. We ended up spending £1000 which we hadn’t budgeted given we had paid extra for all inclusive. This was just to eat and drink!
The food was disgusting and consisted of porridge for breakfast, which was like glue, rice pudding which was just rice in their very sweet milk, and other stuff that I couldn’t make out but tasted every bit as vile as it looked, oh and boiled eggs. The lunch was every bit as terrible with a salad bar which always seemed to have left over bits in it from meals the day before. If you were to miss lunch then there was always the delight of pizza from the pool bar. (Which did not serve drinks) This is all that was served every day. For this you had to queue up for about 30 -45 mins and it consisted of 2 squares with a bit of tomato and cheese on it. Occasionally they had crêpes too which were ok but again, this was another 30 – 45 mins queue. Whilst I did see a little ice cream hut, this was never ever open and the only ice cream my little boy got all holiday was the expensive ones from the shop inside the lobby.
As for the drink – vodka!..I wanted to bottle it and bring it home to run my car off given the price of petrol is going up! I have never tasted anything quite like it.
Determined to find a drink I tried them all. Even the wine was like fortified sherry and port which had gone off. The beer was flat and warm served in small children’s plastic cups.
Moving on….we were the only English in the whole complex which was heart wrenching when my little boy tried to make friends with other children and they turned their backs on him so there was no point in using the children’s club which again was a selling point. Whilst this was not the fault of the hotel, it is something to consider. The animator looked good but as they didn’t need to speak English, I don’t really know if they were. To get a couple of loungers by the pool we had to get up at 6:30am to put the towels out! Only had one argument with a German lady after she had removed my towel only 2 mins after putting them out.
All in all we were glad to go home as my little boy started to develop stomach craps as he had barely eaten all week. At breakfast he was looking at dried bread and water and asked if there was there anything nice to eat – we had paid good money for this and you get better fed in prison!
As soon as we got home that bacon butty we had was the best ever!!!

Having been relocated from a very bad hotel, we ended up here. Generally, the hotel is ok. Very clean, well presented and the staff ar fairly friendly. This hotel does not normally cater for the UK tourist so we are the only ones here. However, the rooms are nice, good air con and clean. The pool is clean and there is enough room for everyone, even in high season. However, the food is the let down. Poor quality and limited in choice. If you are a fussy eater, you will go hungry. The bar staff are not very friendly and there choice of drinks is VERY limited. Overall, an OK hotel but next time, we will pay a little extra and book a better quality hotel

Room Tip: Ensure you are now on ground floor otherwise you will have no privacy a the rooms all look over the...

This hotel was clean and the room was cleaned daily and staff were friendly. The let down was the food, breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, german sausage in cabbage, goats cheese, processed ham and small crossiants and olives EVERY single day. Lunch was nice and dinner was nice. The other let down was that British are not catered for at all, TV has all stations except English, staff are a mixture of Tunisian and Polish and do not speak good english etc...
Also the male staff did not leave us alone all holiday and nearly every single one asked us out and got funny when we kept saying no. The pool is nice and the beach area is nice so overall average.

Room Tip: Ask for balcony

Not long back from a 2 week family holiday to Tunisia, Yasmine Hammamet this was my 7th visit to Tunisia and one of the best holidays so far we stayed at Hotel Sandra Club run by Polish company sun & fun Hotel over run with Polish but they didn't bother anyone the staff are very friendly and helpful some would say a little too friendly but as we have been to this country so many times we know it is just the nature of the Tunisian people at meal times you are always greeted by all the fantastic members of the animation team who as always made the holiday extra special we got to know them quite well in too weeks :) animation team consisted of: Dido, Sam, Mido, Jambo, Hamda aka Mimi, Momo, Daly, Mike, Nagui :) they circulate round the tables to wish you a nice meal and they will sometimes sit with you during your meal my own thoughts was this was a lovely touch as it let you get to know them better in fact they feel like family to us now even got some of the boys on Facebook and keep in touch. They are very lively as they should be and like to get you involved in the activities throughout the day which some may find as a pain. Wide range of activities to suit anyone. Food was just standard holiday food always some pizza, chips, rice etc to eat, however if you don't want this i would recommend taking a walk along to Joys not far from the hotel. It is a department store you have the clothing bit (fabulous and great value for money) then an artisan bit for holiday knick knacks etc then supermarket for all essentials and then cafe Hot 2 Hot amazing cafe we took one of the boys from the animation team there and for 8 soft drinks and 4 meals it cost us less then £10 the people are so friendly and as this is a fixed price shop there is no need to haggle in fact quite a lot of the shops there are fixed price but if you are looking to haggle take a walk along the front, or into the marina or the medina all walking distance :) fabulous holiday perfect for families and also Young ones xx

Having just returned from a weeks stay I felt that this reasonable Hotel deserves more from its management. Read a review that said tip the waiter at the start and you will be looked after. I tip for good service and refuse to bribe. Entered resteraunt on first lunch time and waited for a waiter to show us to a table, after standing for 5minutes we found our own table and sat down. at no time did a waiter offer us drinks or explain how things worked. this was the same until Sunday when the Hotel Manager was told in no uncertain terms what we thought of him and the service we were not receiving, after leaving dining room and asking for a tea and coffee to be told there was non, neither was there plain tea most mornings at breakfast. After that we had a lot of help in dining room including our own box of tea. Although not our scene the animation team were excellent and worked hard from 9am to midnight.room was clean but bed was awful had to have mattres changed as it was like sleeping on concrete which the base was. all in all the hotel is not bad although we would never go back. Food good although did get fed up with pork in gravy which was good but not 5 out of 6 meals. place clean, pool good. All in all if managed correctly it could be a good hotel. one last thin the allinclusive drinks were very substandard by our other experiences in Tunisia, no Gin, Rum, Brandy or Tonic Water only if paid for. The Whisky had been nowhere a distillery and tasted of anythig but whisky.

Room Tip: get a Ground floor room they seem to have proper beds not concrete slabs with matresses

We went for 3 days and had read mixed reviews. The hotel was well presented, very clean and all of the waiting staff provided excellent service. The only small disappointment was the food, but in general it was fine and there was plenty of choice.
We would definately go back so that is the best recommendation possible.
