Hotel was nice, spacious clean rooms. Food was pretty same every day, no any entertaiment.
On full inclusive basis, cant have any more that one drink at the time, not the nices expirence.
Gym was very dated, tread mill was dangerous, feel the big gap under the running belt. went on the nordic walk which was pointless, less than half a mile and nothing to see.
best thing to do is to go on sahara trip, which worth the money.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review, we are going to improve the points of your critics, but we do not understand what does it mean “can not have more than one drink at the time”.

Best regards,
Your

Cannot fault the hotel or the staff (but as someone else said ) could do with some new pillows. But we asked for some and were brought some more. Food was plentiful and varied. The hotel was very quiet at the most there were only about 80 people .wi fi was a bit hit and miss but we did go for a wind down .

Room Tip: we were in room 320 and apparently this was the best room for wi fi connection.good view , but you get the sun at both sides of the hotel at some time of the day .

To avoid the 'New Year Blues' we went to this hotel for 2 weeks from 6th Jan to 20th.
The hotel was lovely, very clean, very welcoming and got even better when we were shown to our room on the 3rd floor and opened the curtains, an amazing seaview. We looked out over the lovely pool, sea and beach. It did put a smile on our faces every morning when we woke up to that view.

The food was good, even being a vegetarian there was plenty of choice and the staff were more than happy to rustle something up if requested and in the International and Tunisian restaraunt we were treated like Royalty, fantastic !!!

We had entertainment twice a week, a snake charmer and a glass walker. As it is very quiet at the hotel this time of year it was the same 'acts' both weeks but enjoyed them very much so was happy to see them twice.

The only critisism I have is the bar manager in the main bar.
I had heard a few people say 'what an unbeleiveably bad attitude' this man had but I like to make my own judgement so didn't take too much notice of this. Unfortunatly it was confirmed on a couple of occasions while being served by this so called bar manager ( who for some reason didn't wear a name badge !!!!)
All the great work done by the rest of the hard working, extremely friendly staff was completely undone by this person.

The outdoor pool was very cold but to be expected at this time of year, the heated indoor pool was great, with a well equiped gym next door.

My girlfriend and I went to the thallasas spa for a 'couples massage' which was very relaxing and we would highly recommend.

All in all a lovely getaway only spoilt by the above mentioned bar manager.
Would certainly return and recommend this hotel if I was assured there was a new manager at the bar. (To be fair he did seemed to be moved to another bar downstairs during the second week of our stay, maybe due to other complaints as we did hear alot !!!).

Room Tip: Has to be seaview !!!!

Stayed at this hotel for one week from 2nd January. On arrival we were asked to sit in reception and fill out a form and were given a refreshing lemon drink. The reception staff were very welcoming and we were shown to our room. We had booked a sea view and it was a view to die for. The room itself was superb (recently decorated) and very roomy. His and hers wardrobes with plenty of drawer space. Take extra hangers though as there weren't that many. The bathroom was lovely (separate toilet) with hairdryer and shampoo, shower gel etc. The balcony was spacious with big round table and two chairs. Bedding and towels were changed nearly every day. Overall we found the food to be quite good, but we heard a lot of complaints which we felt were unjustified. At breakfast there was fresh orange juice and a chef doing the usual omelettes, pancakes, the rest was super croissants, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and a variety of cereals etc. Lunch was in the restaurant by the pool and consisted of salads, pasta and hot dishes, with wonderful desserts or fruit to finish. Dinner was very similar to lunch but we always found something we enjoyed. Some of the guests existed on chips for the whole week, we just didn't understand this and wonder what they eat at home. The hotel was very quiet during our stay and I must say the staff were great and couldn't do enough, especially the bar man in the "pub" We had really good weather when we were there and spent most days on the beach or in the indoor pool which was lovely and warm, the outdoor pool was freezing. There wasn't any entertainment to speak of apart from a pianist twice who was excellent. We enjoyed a really chilled out week and would definitely go back.

Room Tip: Sea view is a must

We have just returned from a 7 night break at this hotel. It is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The hotel was very quiet when we were here but the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The food was varied and plentiful, and my only criticism is that it could have been hotter. However there was a microwave available to heat anything up that you needed to. There was a good selection of drinks on the All inclusive menu, including some very good rose and red wine.

We ate on several occasions in the International and Tunisian restaurants and the food/service was brilliant in here.

We stayed in Room 320 which had a side view of the sea/front of the hotel. A plus side of this is that it appeared to be one of the only places where you could pick up Wi-Fi. I had a signal here all the time.

To summarise we had a great time, met some lovely people and staff and would have no hesitation in returning to Aziza Beach.

Room Tip: Room 320 great for Wi-Fi coverage
