I stayed here 5 nights with my husband, my 3 yr old and my 2yr old in the first wk of feb. We just needed a clean base with buffet breakfast options so we could spend most of our time out and about. Ok so its not 5* by brit standard but you defo get what you pay for. I did find the waiters grabbing your food plate away from you while you're still eating seriously rude i just didnt get that. You get up to grab a coffee and return to find your egg and toast has disappeared!! The surroundings look good as reflected on the website....good value for money and nowhere near as overpriced as a 3* in the UK!

When we arrived hotel was not fully booked.room was not ready.we got our room only 2 beds were maid and we were with 3 adults.no towels for 3th person.it took more than 4hours before they fixed it. More tunesian people than europeen. Food is not europeen. In the bar we had to wait 20min before we got our drinks and there was not more than 8 people in the bar. The staff is rude arrogant not helpfull.
The hotel is not ready for europeen guests because they don't understand how we act and our way of living. They See you as a somebody they can ripp off. They think we are all rich or someting. They have no. respect for us. Was my 3th time in tunesia and my last time.
Never again.

Stayed here for our honeymoon in 2010, on half board and already knew the food at this hotel is really bad. Both quality and choice. But we liked the hotel service so we decided last year in August to book all inclusive as found good deal and my daughter wanted a hotel with a pool. Not only did we have to wait 3 hours to be checked in, the reception staff was rude and had no understanding of customer service. The food was just as disgusting and lacked choice for kids and grown ups alike. They opened the restaurant for dinner at 7, but by 7.15 when we got there( every single day), the pots were empty! When we asked if they had anymore they just looked away. The 'manager' at the place they made crepes was rude and watched over his staff at making sure no one got more then one scoop of ice cream! They served us drinks in plastic cups! Yet when they saw a single woman, they would give them drinks in glass. So very dissapointed , it ruined our whole stay. We used to have to go out to eat despite paying all inclusive. For a 5star hotel and the fact it was the 3rd time we stayed here, I would tell anyone to pay less in a 4star and get better service and food.

Room Tip: Don't book all inclusive!!

First of all people going on about this isn't 5* blah blah you have to keep in mind it's based on Tunisia's star rating which is obviously going to be a lot different to what Europeans are used to. Rooms are very nice pretty sure most of them have been refurbished within the last year or so but definitely worth paying for the upgrade for the suite. I would recommend going half board if you can because the food isn't the best not to say it's bad but not everyone likes the options they have (food seems to be more for the local audience shall we say!) reception staff not the best and housekeeping are useless!! However if you go there expecting this and get a decent deal you will have an ace holiday one of very few hotels in yasmine hammamet directly on the beach and always worth slipping a waiter a few dinar for that little extra attention and service.

I went for a conference in January and I stayed there for two nights. This hotel cannot be considered as a 5 star hotel, 3 stars.
Staff was friendly and polite.
The room was a standard room with pool view. It was very big (four persons could stay easily) with two bathrooms, however the decoration was very poor. Cleanness was below average, sheets were ok, bathroom average clean but dirty closets and floor.
Something really annoying is the lack of sockets, one for the TV and one more, that’s all.
Lunch and dinner were average in taste and variety. Breakfast was below average especially in variety. I asked an omelet with cheese and the cook said that cheese was finished (I saw there was no cheese in his bowl but I was wondered if there was no cheese in the kitchen!!!) . In order to have a juice during breakfast you have to pay a small amount.
Public spaces of the hotel were ok and clean, the gardens and the pool were nice, the bars were ok and the indoor pool was nice.
