We stayed here for 1 week half board with Thomas cook. Staff friendly. Very clean and rooms were spacious and lovely. Breaky was lovely but dinner not so much of a great choice but edible. Location excellent for both beach & yasmine hammamet medina. The big thing that let it down when we went was absolutely no entertainment and lots of locals staying there. But we made our own entertainment and the medina was good for restaurants and a few bars. Taxis dirt cheap so to get around was easy. Yes you may get a bit hassled but they hav to make a living and you can have a laugh with them just be polite and say no and carry on walking. Great choice for cheap sun holiday.

very speedy check-in, lovely clean room with pool view, fab swimming pool with very comfortable sunbeds, no getting up early here to grab your beds, more than enough sunbeds for all guests.contemporary dining room with excellent choice of tunisian and european food. this is a small boutique style hotel , very quiet with lovely friendly staff, every day we loved it even more and would definitely return. the location is excellent and the whole resort is lovely and flat for walking. 8pm -8am chemist is opposite hotel which is very handy. the medina is 5 mins walk from hotel and the hotel has a private beach area which wouldnt even be 10 mins walk away.

MY wife and I have just spent a very enjoyable week at the Flora Park and having read some of the reviews prior to going we were a bit apprehensive, but on arrival we were met with a cool drink and checked in very quickly and in our room with minutes of arriving.
The hotel is very nice, it's clean and the pool area is lovely, the food is fine but if you want burger and chips go to Spain, this is Tunisia, and there is a selection of Tunisian food as well as other dishes that might appeal more to some people.
The staff were very friendly, and as the hotel was very under booked due to the fall in tourists it was nice for people to get to know each other better.
I don't know what people expect when they come to Tunisia and then complain about anything they can find that doesn't please them.
I would go back to this hotel anytime.

PLEASE READ ON AS THIS IS OUR EXPERIENCE IT WILL HELP WE BELIEVE

When we booked this break away we were told it was Adults only, quiet and relaxing. We booked and requested a quiet room and the agent then offered us a sea view room great we thought. we booked through our local Coop travel with Thomas Cook. This sounded fine just what we wanted. When we got to the Hotel we tried to make sure we were getting a quiet room with sea view we were told there was no sea view but we could have a pool view, the Manager also told us that all there rooms were quiet as there was no problem with noise and it was ADULT ONLY in his hotel and that there was no entertainment, great just what we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday to recover and reinvigerate for our busy summer ahead.

First day was great it was so quiet not many in hotel though Tunisea struggling with getting tourism. Second day great but on the night time noticed a family with children we took no notice until the night time whenwe were woken up a couple of times in the night, they had only been booked in next to our room with about 90 rooms still left to choose from.
The food was terrible if you were vegatarian you might have been ok because there was no meat and if there was it was Veal liver that was so bitter, Chicken wings with no taste or flavour if you like eggs you'd love it there is eggs with eveything.
For breakfast its eggs all the way NO BACON NO SAUSAGES just EGGSSSSSS

On the Saturday the hotel started to recieve more guests some Tuniseans with children and some Swiss. From 10am on the Saturday until 7pm a Swiss salsa dance group practised dancing and fooling around by the pool it was horrific everyone who was there before were in up roar our holidays had gone from a quiet relaxing holiday to a 18 to 30 over night. The worst of it all my wife had a Migraine and the manager had setup this dance troop right under our room the noise was so loud.

When we complained to the manager he was so Rude Abrupt and unappolagetic so much that I started to shout at him and called him a liar we told him we were going to complain to agent aqnd rep and were to write a complaint on the web. After a short while he appolagised and gave us a bottle of Red wine from his private collection ( fine but my wife still had a Migraine ) and said there would be entertainment that night with the salsa group but the music will be off by 11pm the salsa group will leave tomorrow and that the children in hotel was a booking mistake and they would be out of hotel by tomorrow aswell. WRONG WRONG WRONG the music went on until 11.45pm there were 9 children in hotel and the salsa group did again dancing by the pool. The manager is not to be trusted he is out to get the hotel occupied and will go against the holiday companies ADULT ONLY and PEACE & QUIET for his gains not for yours, you are treated like a second class citizen by this hotel, they do not the meaning of pleaqse and thank you or that the guest's come first.
The food did get better there was a couple of really nice meat dishes the Beef strips was to die for and the Tagine fantastic but these were only put on for the Tunisian guests and children who stayed for the weekend after they left the food was aweful and no MEAT.

We are not against children we do have children of our own and now grandchildren but when you ask and pay for Adult only and quiet and relaxing that is what you expect. 6 out of 7 day's there were families in the hotel.

DO NOT go if you want peace and quiet Adult only decent food a warm welcome good service because you will not get it
Do not trust the manager he will promise the earth to get you to stay and then does what he wants, SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY LIKE HE DID OURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Rooms poor Don't expect too much

Flora Park is a lovely hotel, freindly, helpful staff & fantastic food. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, if you want chips, english food, entertainment and noise, then dont stay here. The food was a great suprise, there are no fish & chips, but the quality and choice available is second to none. The chocolate crepes at breakfast are the best I've ever tasted and the pattiseries are just wonderful. I am not a great salad eater, but I cant explain how much taste the tomatos and fresh food had, If our salad had that much taste I would be alot happier to eat more often.
There are two pools, the outdoor pool is not heated and in April was still rather cold, the indoor pool was like swimming in a bath.

The hotel is vey clean and stylish and most important quiet. The staff are excellent and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. The room was large and bright and the bed excellent. I stayed here alone for a week and had a fantastic time, the food was great, no one bothered me and I would definately return here. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is lovely and the swimming it good and the sea warm and clean. The level of hassle is a higher on the beach but as a seasoned traveller it is easy to avoid buying a baby palm tree or giving money to a man who says his brother/mother/aunt is in hospital and needs an operation for 200 euros.
I also took a cab (very cheap) to Hammamet market and realised I was glad to be in Yasmine as it is quieter and cleaner. The Yasmine market is good to go to in the evenings for a coffee and a walk and again I was not bothered too much. All in all an excellent one week break with beach and good food.
