“Perfect for quick bite with kids!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2013

Pizza, chicken fingers for the kids. Inside or outside seating. Average food but the kids loved it and we were just happy for a quick bite to eat.

“Gross”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 6, 2013

We got in late...this was the only place open and we shared a steak hoagie. It was dried meat, yet saturated in grease. The view wasn't much better as it looked like a bunch of hookers walking around across the street where some bouncers were and a Members only side attached to it. This strip is really odd at night. Thankfully in the day....it's a lot different. We won't be staying in this area next time. It's a complete dive.

“Good pizza....and they deliver to the hotel!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 14, 2013

Every year my family stays at Capt. Thomsons resort and we always make it a point to order a pizza from The Korner. They deliver to the hotel in a very timely manner and even bring paper plates and napkins along with the pie! The pizza itself is very good. The sauce has a nice flavor and plenty of fresh toppings. Not greasy at all, like one reviewer wrote. We will be ordering another pizza next week when we visit!

“Clean, but that's about it”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

While strolling through downtown Alexandria Bay I became a bit hungry and decided to indulge in a favorite staple. Korner pizza was the first pizza place I happened upon. It looked clean and air conditioned, so I gave it a try.

I was immediately dismayed by the appearance of the pizza. It sits rotating in a heat box on the counter like the pizza at a gas station. It looked to e of similar quality. But this isn't a gas station. This is a brick and mortar pizza restaurant with pizza ovens and everything.

I ordered a slice of plain pizza and a Pepsi. The pizza had an almost white underside and a doughy texture. The cheese was the standard non-cheese found on every cheaply made pizza since the dawn of cheaply made pizzas.

In a town built around tourism, Korner Pizza stands out as the most glaringly obvious trap in a tourist trappy sort of area. To give you perspective, the pizza at the Price Chopper just off of I-81 before you enter Alexandria Bay is better, cheaper and never pretends to be anything but cheap supermarket pizza. KP is incredibly disappointing because it is served under the guise of being a real restaurant and charges you accordingly for an inferior product.
