Nice rooms , good restaurant, wonderful staff, free internet. All you could really ask for in a hotel. Its is located in a bad part of town ( in the middle of the lady bar area), So if traveling with children I'd probably avoid this one. The Pool is adequate but small

Room Tip: Select a room on the Poolside of the hotel as the rooms on the opposite side are next to a bar compl...

We stayed two nights at this hotel.
The first good news when we called the hotel for reservation, they offered us the transport service from Udon Thani aiport to the hotel. As we arrived quite late with plane, we appreciated this service.

The hotel is very well centrally located very close from the Central Plazza mall, from the bus and train station and from the night market. However, the street where the hotel is situated, too many bars with girls. Not a very "family" oriented street.

The service was good, but I have to say that it is not a 4 star hotel. It is missing for exemple, coffee and tea in the room. Also the air conditionning is a bit noisy but efficient. Globally it is a quite place to stay and had some good sleep.

The breakfast would deserve some fresh orange juice and not artificial drinking. Otherwise it has choice in both thaï and internationnal dishes.

The swimming pool is nice, especially during the night.

Also when we checked out, the personnal had some doubt about what we already paid, and what is really left to pay. Nothing bad, but we were a bit surprised and also a taxi was waiting for us, so we were a bit in a hurry.

Globally I enjoyed staying in this hotel and hope to come back soon.

This new hotel locate right in the city center. Convenient and walking distance to nearby shopping area. The room with the pool view is full. So me and my family stayed in the others side but it's also good

After many regular trips to Udonthani I decided it was time for a change. Just for the sake of change ( I normally stay at the Centara) and am happy there. Anyone reading this review should note that there are really no large 3/4/5 star hotel chains in Udonthani, choice is fairly limited.

This is a nice hotel, much newer than Centara, the rooms are a good size and the bed as they are in this part of the world was firm & comfortable. My room was clean and quiet on a middle floor towards the back. Wi-Fi worked well and was free. The bathroom facilities were good. The the electric wall mounted heater for the shower provides enough hot water to have a shower albeit at quite low pressure. Many will complain about this but when the average daily temperature is 21-34 C, the use of hot water is minimal. Most Thai's bath in cold water!

The pool was good, its not huge but is deep enough and very nice on a hot day. Wi-Fi also works well in this area. The buffet breakfast was adequate, with a good choice of Thai, and other food types. I did laugh when reading another review complaining there was not enough western choices, all I could say is take a careful look around, you are in Thailand after all. They had bakery, spreads, cereals, Bacon , eggs any way you like or you could ask the chef to make you an omelette to order. If western is not your thing there were lots of other non western choices. Try the JOK, Thai rice porridge similar to Congee, comes in Pork , Chicken, Fish or vegetarian, basically add whatever you want its delicious.
Back to the hotel, the location is excellent, Central Plaza is a short stroll away for shopping and food of the more commercial type. There are many other shops and restaurants nearby . Personally I would recommend the night market (another 10 minute stroll) You cannot beat the night market for a true Thai experience. Sit with the locals, eat the local food, and the food is very cheap and the quality is good. I have eaten there many times with no ill effect. There are plenty of nearby Thai massage shops. I go regularly with my spouse. Most very good and very cheap.

There are many staff and they were warm ,friendly and willing to help, although I did not have any issues that I needed help with.

I did not have any issues with the noise as I have seen in other reviews, yes there are bars nearby and yes bar girls. If this is your thing so be it if not don't go in. You will not get hassled in the street, this unfortunately is part of life, there is no social welfare in Thailand, if you do not work you do not eat.

Overall I liked the hotel, the facilities, the staff and the location. This is a good hotel for Udonthani, so much in fact that I am booked in here again in November.

Has a very nice entrance and overstaffed reception desk. Service is very good, but the rooms are very basic with a very poor shower, and a hard bed. Breakfast although advertised as international was really Thai with an egg choice!

Hotel is situated in a road with many bars, and girls!!!

Will try Centara next time.

Usually stay in Centara but decided to try this new hotel. Big clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom ok but shower a little small and nowhere useful to put toiletries while showering, reasonably quiet at night, staff & reception ok but could smile a bit more. Good points - easy-to-use room safe, good breakfast, Irish pub next door with great food, good wifi in lobby, negatives - although opposite to Central Plaza, no direct access & a brisk 10 minute walk, wifi unusable in many of the 3rd floor rooms, no hot water in basins, only plumbed for cold, shower is by electric shower unit. All in all reasonable value for the price.

Room Tip: Rooms in centre of the corridors have good wifi, first & last 2 or 3 rooms at least on the 3rd f...
