My fiancé and I stayed in the Beach Front Pool Villa for 4D3N. It was such a pleasant stay! Friendly staffs, beautiful & clean room, private pool and of cos not forgetting the awesome beach front view!! Definitely worth every cent. We will be back!

Room Tip: Beach Front Pool Villa is the best of the lot.

What a wonderful place to start a holiday - the place is ultra relaxed and peaceful. We were welcomed to our room very promptly and due to the late night check in the staff were still very attentive and helpful.
Our room was smaller than I expected but it was still lovely and had its own pool - the rooms are a little dated but overall they are immaculate and very very clean.
The private beach was clean and fun - have access to a beach at your resort was quite the treat.
The breakfast each day was wonderful and filling.
We enjoyed many meals at the resort and found the pizza bar to be the best for tasty meals.
The spa and gym were wonderful to use and I often found myself alone in the gym which equated to other guests really enjoying their holidays.
Overall we didn't find the prices to be overly high as others have stated - if you want a cheap holiday you should stay away from here - you come here to be spoiled and to treat yourself. Paying 1600bht for a hour long spa treatment still equates to only $50 in Australia which is still very cheap- the resort is tailored more to adults than children.
Would I stay here again - YES!! Loved it.

Room Tip: If you have the money to spend - ask for a beach side pool villa!!

Every time I am there, I spend the whole vacation watching the incredible views and leaving the room only to go to the pool or get something to eat. Hang out on the beach at the pizza bar, or go upscale at the restaurants - you will eat well and they all look out on the view...

This resort is absolutely lovely, we booked a private pool villa on the beach front, and it was wonderful. We could relax either in our pool looking out at the sea with the waves breaking on the beach, or lie on our deck looking over both the pool and beach.
Each day our mini bar was refilled, and as part of our package we had a buffet breakfast with a wonderful view, and the food was plenitful and varied. The egg and pancake station are a great part of the breakfast.
We also had dinner on the beach at the pizza bar, and could not fault that either, and what could be better than wathcing the sunset on the beach with cocktails and great food.
One lunch time we ordered room service and it was also very good and delivered quickly, but the best meal had to be the romantic Thai dinner which was also included free with our package.
We had already had some wonderful Thai food, and did not think we could get any better, but luckily our last night was the best. From our starters to the most delicious soup I have ever tasted, to the main meals and the great finish of a tasty coconut custard, actually baked and served in a coconut.
The main swimming pool looked very nice, but we did not get to use it as we had our own pool, and if I had to say anything negative about the resort, it would have to be the amount of steps to climb up and go down to get anywhere. From the street, there are steps down to reception, then to get to our room we had to go up and down many more to finally get there. It was not a hassle for us, quite warm though, but we were lucky enough not to have rain during the day at all, as I am sure it would be a bit slippery if it was raining hard.
thank you to all the wonderful staff, you were an assett to this beautiful place.

Room Tip: Choose a private pool if you can manage it

We found the Andaman White Beach Resort exactly as all other travellers had described in the reviews. It is very secluded and expensive ( because it is secluded & near to one of the more expensive, exclusive areas in Phuket ) we could see how this could make some people annoyed, however, if you know in advance you can find alternatives. We hired a scooter and didn't pay a fortune for the taxis and found our own way around, exploring the area we found some of the more authentic and cheaper places to eat.
The resort is right on the beach and you are paying for the amazing sea views, so if you don't want quiet and relaxing beach front beauty, with a slow night life, go and stay in Patong or Karon.

We actually thought the hotel could not do enough for us and even with a slight language barrier ie ; not always getting what you ask for or order, this is just the way of Thailand or any other foreign country, to be honest why do we expect things to be the same as where we come from when clearly different cultures and countries are all a different life experience and that is the whole reason that surely we want to travel ??

We loved the Andaman, our room was clean and the staff were beautiful and wanted to do their best to make sure we didn't want for anything for the whole time we stayed there, it's the little things that make all the difference and on the whole the Andaman got it right.

Thanks to everyone who we met there that made our holiday a fun and memorable time.

Room Tip: Ask for a room above the ground floor as the pool side rooms on the ground floor would have next to...

We stayed at the Andaman for 7 nights, initially in a Sea View Deluxe room for three nights, then upgraded to a Beach Front Pool Villa. Both were lovely, but we wanted the additional space and private pool that the pool villa offered. While they are a little dated, everything was clean and had much more character than staying in a typical high rise hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

I can say that the service from all staff from check-in to check-out was excellent, very warm, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is laid back and tranquil, and there was never a sense that the place was overcrowded. It's a very romantic atmosphere, and there is plenty of space for everyone. The one minor niggle was that my bikini top went missing from the hotel room - I suspect I left it mixed in with the towels when they were collected and the staff were not able to locate it, it was annoying at the time but not a big deal.

The food was exceptional, I particularly liked the breakfast buffet where a chef would also cook anything you liked. We had dinner a few nights in the hotel and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. I remember the pad thai and soft shell crab dishes well! There is also a great cafe on the beach itself where they did avocado and crab bruchetta and it was delicious. It was lovely being served cocktails on the beach - which is for hotel guests only and very private, although the staff tend to take their time delivering drinks out to the beach.

I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it for couples looking for a quiet resort with great service. One of the nicest holidays I have ever had.

We stayed at the andaman for three nights, we bookt a jacuzzi room and got up graded to a beach front pool villa it was so nice to have your own private pool.
The beach is nice to walk up and down on after a big brekey grate food and drinks to choose from , the room we stayed in was nice and clean .
The only thing I didn't like was it is so far from every thing not much to do around the resort but relax which was nice anyway .
