The hotel advertises Free airport shuttle, but they actually CHARGE 200baht each way! When we questioned this they didn't have a clue due to their poor English. There is also NO wifi at all, instead you need to pay 100baht for 15 mins use at the lobby/reception (which is like a room).
Poor quality of hotel and we only chose it because it's proximity to airport (5 mins drive). The staff always just laid about in the lobby/reception watching tv, poor English, lots of Mozzies in the room, and only 1 bath towel in a double room! Shower was weak and only dribbled out water, one min is hot water and the next it's freezing cold- not even Luke warm that I could have made do. The pool is basically a bathtub, you cannot do anything but just sit in it.

Stay away from this hotel. There are better hotels that are close to the airport which are more professionally run.

Room Tip: Don't bother staying in this hotel.

This place is nice and clean and ideal if you are going to airport. Free shuttle also.

We paid 1600 baht for the hotel in low season, booked through one of the agents at the airport next to the domestic exit (name Tanny). Then we found out that breakfast was not included??? 1600 was an expensive price to pay in low season....

Room Tip: If you stay make sure you get breakfast and a room in front of the pool

The room was clean, and they have a 24 hour drop off/pick up from the airport, which is the only plus we found with this hotel.

Major problems:

The bed was hard as a rock. There was no give in it what so ever, and caused a very bad nights sleep, coupled with the fact that there was a choice of a quilt or nothing... you either cooked or froze (depending on the aircon setting)

The airconditioning was old and very noisy, as well as being hard to operate, and didn't cool the room sufficiently.

The water that came out of the shower and toilet was a tepid yellow colour... we swam in the pool rather than shower in it, and the hot water control was tempremental at best.

Internet was done through wireless, however you had to pay to access it for 24 hours (200 baht), and was a bit slow.

The walls were very thin and you can hear other guests moving about in thier rooms, as well as the traffic from the road, all night.

The staff spoke very little english and weren't very inviting or helpful.

We had booked two nights but could only stay one, so they kindly refunded our second night and we sought alternative accomodation.

Room Tip: Don't stay here

Very good value for this 2 stars hotel who would probably deserved a third star ! ;)

All is here : cable tv with more than 70 channels, mini bar, bathroom with shower + bath, clean towels, even a little swimming pool... perfect for short stay before departure at airport ! + free shuttle from the hotel

We needed a stay overnight before fly home early in the morning and choiced this hotel because of very near to beach(you can see it ),very near to airport(5 min by car),free car to airport(and from,if you need) and the price. You can have the transport to airport also early,as we did,at 5.30,and before they made us also breakfast, all we needed- coffee,omelets.fruits..very kind sevice. And they drove us to airport fast with a nice good car.
The room was clean, big bathroom with amenities, minibar prices were not high,a small balcony to sit outside and it was silent even that the road was near. The pool is small and didnt like clean,we didnt use it,but got the towels we could use at beach. The beach is very nice and empty..we walked to the right through park and found a lagoon area where we even could swim,as because of the big waves you cant swim directly at the beach nearby. There the beach was nice, clean, you can walk miles on sand and look the sea..some planes cross you at evening..The locals like to come there, but only some.
Many eatings at beach but we didnt try as not sure of the cleanless.Tried a seafood restaurant in village, just right the street, the food was not good there but the place was very nice.
On Tuesday there was a big market in village(walking about 10 minutes),the prices for fruits exttremly good and much exotic choice!Ananas cost 10 bahts,so a big piece of bananas, good fruits are mangosteen!
We went to village to eat in the evening and coming back it was dark,no lights on road! The only lights were from passing cars and motosicles, dangerous walk!
Between these 3 airport hotels it is the only one what is so near to the beach, the othres must drive you there. We found it all very good opportunity to spend our last half day and night at this hotel and would recommend it.Service is friendly and you get what you ask .

Had a late arrival into Phuket Int'l Airport and did not want to drive a rental car to Rawai in the middle of the night. Reserved a bungalow/villa style room w/breakfast on www.agoda.com. They do offer transportation but I did not arrange it in advance. Should have done so. So, I sprung for a driver to take me to the hotel at midnight. Safe with no waiting. DIspatcher was in customs hall/luggage area. Asked for 500 Baht which is a fortune. I said NO. Agreed on 300 Baht which is about $10USD. Had porter get my bags and load the car. Tipped him $3 which is a fortune. No problems at all. If you need Baht, there are ATM machines when you exit the Customs Hall. I paid their dispatcher desk directly and was on my way. Tipped the driver $3 which is also a fortune in Thailand. He was very, very happy. I absolutely WOULD NOT HAVE found this hotel at midnight, if I had rented the car that night. It is a 3 minute walk to a lovely, unpretentious beach and adjoins a National Park. I recommend that any foreigner drive in "daylight hours only" when renting a car and driving to their resort. You must acclimate yourself to driving on the left, with steering and controls on the right. Not fun at all but can be done with focus and concentration. Airport Resort Hotel was lovely. Immaculate, welcoming, small pool, internet for a small fee (50 Baht per hour), fridge, bottled water, comfy King Size bed, chilly a/c, huge bathroom and breakfast for a small additional fee. The breakfast exceeded my expectations for this type of place. Fried eggs, ham, cheese, toast, carved pineapple, bananas, delicious coffee. My only complaint would be the orange juice which was similar to Tang. No big deal with such great rates. I noted that if you bought anything that was supplied in the room, the prices were beyond reasonable. On average, $1 USD for sodas, chocolates, chips, etc. Unheard of in the USA. $2 for a beer. There is a small mini mart steps from the hotel. If you walk to the beach area, there are tons of places to eat and barely any tourists. Even a tailor, laundry, shops, massage, etc. at extremely low prices. This place is quite a find and I recommend it to anyone who flies in and needs to shower, rest, eat and recover. Also, a great place to spend the night before you leave on a flight the next day. The staff could not have been nicer! I will stay here again. Oh...and very, very quiet for being so near the airport. Thank you for a splendid experience!

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet, immaculate and poolside.
