This hotel is facing the main street of Rayon and is conveniently located in the center of the city. Next to the hotel is one of their group hotels, Kameo Grand, which is a Service Apartment type hotel. There are some local restaurants and bars, and a convenience store close to the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean just like the one in Kameo Grand, but there was no kitchen in the Deluxe Room, though the size of the room was equivalent to the one at Kameo Grand.
There is a decent restaurant on the ground floor, where you have breakfast. There is no fancy roof-top restaurant like the one at Kameo Grand, but you will feel that this hotel is more like a typical mid-price range hotel compared to the Kameo Grand.
The hotel staff is helpful and friendly just like the staff at the Kameo Grand, though the restaurant waiters and waitresses are not really good at speaking English. They may only understand basic English. I ordered a taxi to some places from the hotel and to the BKK airport very early in the morning. They were always on time to pick me up and were very reliable.
For the service and the price, I recommend this hotel.

Traveling between Bangkok and then south to Koh Samed Island, I had a couple of days to decompress while my travel companion visited family members in Rayong. The term "service apartment" might not be so familiar to travelers from the U.S. but in every way it has all of the conveniences of a hotel, the rooms are a generous size and for corporate travelers who might stay weeks of months (or Europeans escaping the winter for an extended period?) a longer stay short lease can be arranged.
The room has a very nice combination of a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area and bedroom. The restaurant in the hotel has a morning breakfast buffet and also draws people from outside the hotel at dinner. Very nice pool, small gym and an open seating area in the lobby.
The location of the hotel is pretty central to a couple of main streets that offer restaurants, convenience stores and some shopping.

This was my second stay. I enjoyed staying there. Hospitality is good. There is a very good gym, indoor swimming pool, steam & sauna bath. It's a good business hotel. It has spacious rooms with all amenities.
