lovely resort but it still needs some finishing touches. the deluxe villa was lovely and the bathroom the best. the bath and open outdoor shower had a window each that opened up with a view of the sea, which was beautiful.

Recently had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at this property before heading onto Phi Phi Island ! It really and truly is a beautiful setting, very peaceful and a lovely relaxed atmosphere ! All villa style accommodation ! I stayed in a duplex prime pool villa, really nice ! The lead in Deluxe Villa's I also saw and these are very spacious and not to be sniffed at either, so really, no matter what room type you stay in, you'll be happy ! The other review's pretty much hit the nail on the head, nice restaurants, lovely food, beautiful pool area, gorgeous view's from the pool, just lovely ! The only down side's is that the Beach isn't upto the same standards as Phi Phi, the sand is a bit coarse and the water a bit murky but that's no fault of the hotels, this is quite natural for Southern parts of Phuket . This is natural of some of the beaches in the southern part of Phuket but believe me, the pool area makes up for it, so try not to let that influence you ! Chlong bay is 5 minute drive away, you can get the hotel transfer or order a taxi, a few bars and nice restaurants down by the pier, so there is life outside of the resort too !! So, arm yourself with some sun cream, a good book, allow some space to gain a few pounds with the lovely food and good company and then enjoy the lovely Vijitt and let them take good care of you !!

The hotel is amazing everything baout it was great the staff were as friendly as can be. There is an amazing infinity pool, the rooms are well presented and have everything that you could need TV good internet and wifi, there is a gym with everything you need and you can borrow sea kyaks and bikes to have a look around the area. the only thing left to mention is the view which is incedible and very unspoilt. I honestly can't think of anything nagative our stay here.

We stayed for 8 nights end February before moving on to Phuket. The resort is absolutely stunning. The accommodation is first class and reminded us of the Maldives that we love. The staff are all extremely friendly. The food is out of this world and if something is not on the menu the chef will cook it for you. I must say the chicken satay was the tenderest we have ever tasted and the pad thai is out of this world. Breakfasts are also fabulous, eggs benedict or whatever you would like cooked. There is also the lovely Muay in the fruit smoothy room who makes extremely lovely fruit smoothies. We would highly recommend the Vijitt for its food, staff and accommodation. If you want to have your honeymoon here it certainly fits the bill.

Holidaying with a toddler is never going to be an easy affair but a hotel that has taken this into consideration appears to be rare. The Vijitt has thought about this as much as has catering to honeymooners. Car seat, cot, baby plates and spoons, food as per request and to cap it all a totally seperate play area for kids including an infinity pool (but with a barrier to stop them "falling out". Needless to say baby sitting is available as well.

The rooms are large and if you get the family room with its own infinity pool positively palatial. These are not one but two sepeate rooms with a covered walkway inbetween. Great for a good nights sleep without a small person having to be distrubed when you get back from an evening out.

The restaurants are both good serving Western and Thai fare. Service is excellent and accommodating especially when it comes to kids. We ordered items which were not on the menu for our son with no hassle at all.

There is a small beach but the huge infinity pool made up for any shortcomings here. Add this to the fact you do not have to contend with a large number of roasting beached whales jossling for space on the other beaches. There is also a large area of grass in front of the pool which is good for snoozing on.

If you want a peaceful holiday with or without kids this is a great spot to have it. Highly recommended!!!1

The Resort has just recently opened I have been positively surprised by it's standard! Beautiful villas, excellent food and very friendly staff. Long walk on the beach (no water at low tide) and chill-out at the bar.

We enjoyed the Vijitt experience.
Whilst we've stayed in many new resorts, it's forgivable to expect a few small inefficiencies or mis-communications, but it's also Thai integrity that shines when these things are pointed out & they make every effort to make things right, with a smile.

Stay at the Vijitt Resort if you want to totally relax and expect to feel a bit like your part of the family during your Stay. I had a fun time during high tides doing kite surfing, whilst my wife enjoyed watching from the Pool Bar. She loved the bathroom of our Deluxe Villa which was set in a garden landscape on a quiet edge of the resort, whilst a buggy pickup service to the spa or restaurant was available within 15 minutes by dialing the operator.

We saw real Thai, local Southern people, working compassionately at Vijitt Resort and we learn't that the gardeners were all long-term employees, from the family run fruit orchid days.
