The two sisters Nisa& Not run this small guesthouse perfectly.
This was the most clean room we ever had in Thailand and with airco, fridge, balcony and tasty included breakfast very price worthy. Free bikes also!
They helped us finding an alternative road to avoid the blockades and the centre of Bangkok to get to the Isaan.
We surely come back here when coming to Phetchaburi next time!

We stayed 3 nights in january 2014 and we realy liked the place.
We have an almost 4 year old, so it was sometime tricky to get in town because we had to go by foot (about 10-15 min walk to the night market) but it was ok because we don't mind walking.
You can also take a bike or rent a motorbike.
If needed, they will taxi you around for few bath.
The place is clean, the breakfast is simple but ok and you have hot shower, soap and towels.
everyone was very friendly!
We definitly recommend this place!

We wanted to visit a Thai town that is away from the usual tourist hotspots and fortunately chose Phetchaburi. Following research I found this guesthouse which is approx. 20 ins walk from the town. Usually I am wary of reviews, but this time the reviews more than matched my expectations. We were going to stay for one week but ended up staying 12 days and reluctantly moved on. The guesthouse is located in a semi-rural area and the people nearby are great and adopted us within a few days, having seen us walk into town on a daily basis. It is run by Nisa and Nit who could not be more friendly and helpful. Whilst there are few 'restaurants' in the area there is a night market nearby and a local market is held in this area twice a week. Farang food is limited, but if you must Nisa and Nit can arrange for a pizza to be delivered. I can not praise this establishment enough, the only thing I am concerned about is it will become too popular.

Room Tip: All rooms and clean and tidy

I can't think of any place I've ever stayed in that was better value for the money than this place. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The two sisters who run it were always friendly and hospitable. The free breakfast they served will spoil you for any other guesthouse. I got the feeling that they really like running a guesthouse, and that a lot of heart went into making it what it is. Highly recommended.

Throughout my stays at budget accomodation, I often found that the clean and efficient places often lacked atmosphere and the family touch, while in the "warm" hostels, I sometimes missed the scented, perfectly clean and soft towel.
Well, Nit and Nisa somehow manage to balance efficiency and friendlyness, and that at a more than reasonable price - and a wonderful breakfast.
The kids loved it, too.

Our recent stay a 2N Guesthouse is a testimony to the benefits of extraordinary service. Nisa met us at the Big C and transported us free of charge to their lovely home. Our rooms (new, modern, spotless) were ready and we were quickly settled. Nisa and Nit offered to set up a table for us in the garden where we enjoyed a lovely 30 baht lunch prepared by a neighbor who sells street food adjacent to 2N. Nisa discussed our afternoon plans with us and, as it turned out, Nisa for a very reasonable fee dropped us off and picked us up at an appointed time so we could enjoy as much of Phetchaburi's local sights (cave, palace) as possible in one day. We were even later brought to the night market with a written list of foods we wished to try( in Thai) and once back at 2N had dinner in the garden in the moonlight. Nit was working in a similar fashion with other guests. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding and was followed by us arranging for Nisa to drive us to Amphawa to our next B&B.

These two sisters will be very successful. Their dedication to their guests was extraordinary.
