Hotel is old - bathroom is disgustingly old - shower water pressure is non existant - paid $83 a night thankgod i was only there for 2 nights - internet lady is nice and helpful however you have to pay 100 TBH an hour for wifi - i have never ever paid for wifi at a hotel. This made my trip miserable as only free wifi in the lobby. i did not want to go down to the lobby each time to read emails or messages or even go on facebook. wireless was supposed to be high speed, but was definitely not high speed. Tried to organize a wake up call when asked receptionist the first time she ignored me, 2nd time pretty much scolded me until a more helpful receptionist organised this for me. As a travellor it is imperative that wifi is free - room was an absolute joke for the amunt of money i paid. didnt see the pool as i tried to spend as little time at the hotel as possble. the breakfast buffet was disgusting - no variety and dont even cover the food so it gets cold. prices way over the top. not a nice hotel to stay at. if your a traveller who likes staying at very old and outdated hotels then this is for you. only upside is location right next to bangla rd but im more than certain there are other better nicer and more value hotels to stay at for the same or a cheaper rate. I will defininetly not be staying here again. Hotel needs to be knocked down and rebuilt........
