First the ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic; waterfront with commanding views from Kalim along the entire length of Patong Bay. You know you’re not in Patong however the view gives you an mindset of wanting to explore the Patong beachfront which is a great appetizer itself! As dusk turned to night during our dinner the lights and excitement of Patong added to the experience. The staff was attentive and polite, dinner came quickly and dishes in the correct order. We keys on the Vietnam portion of the men’s are were not disappointed, by far the best Vietnamese dishes since my last trip to Vietnam. Light, very fresh, and refreshing dishes and the menu states organic so we take their word, which adds a nice touch. We loved the fact no endangered spices like blue or yellow fin tuna are on the menu.
The overall experience was fantastic and the food was exceptional! Living in Phuket with the variety of great restaurants available, we put the Phuket Indochine Waterfront restaurant high on our list to return too!

The worst restaurant on the island. we were able to know on arrival, no customer was present ....... no wine list but I had to walk along to the wine storage. The appetizer was somewhat reasonable, but the main courses cooked unimaginable bad. This was not a chef but the dishes prepared by the cleaning staff. The service was also very bad, I think we were the first ever customer. It reminded me that I was in a classroom sitting where the staff was first trained. For all this you pay a high prize. I would not recommend anyone to eat here and spend your good money.

The Indochine Restaurant has been gaining attention for quite some time. It's unique building in Kalim Patong is eye catching. It has ample parking and is well located. The restaurant is very clean and there is a mixture of seating inside and outside, on three different levels. There is the Deli Cafe on the ground floor, the middle section is the conference centre and the top floor houses their famous restaurant. The wine list has a good selection to choose from and one may order a glass, carafe or bottle. The food was excellent. The ingredients in the food were very fresh. My verdict is that it is very well priced and the staff and owners are very professional and courteous. This is one restuarant that I will be frequenting from now on. The IndoChine Villas, resorts and restuarants are owned by the Ma Family.

It was fantastic as a culinary experience however they are need to improve on service! But again this is Asia and having a staff that takes service as a carrier choice and do their best like in Europa are not easy to come by, my overal experience were fantastic, l'll certainly come back..

The cold entrees were well presented and tasty. Main course, we ordered four dishes, all were served cold and sent back for re heating, were returned luke warm. The beef was too tough to eat and the squid was inedible. Whole meal left virtually untouched but provoked no comment from staff. Cannot comment on dessert as we expressed our disapointment and left. Most expensive and also worst meal we have experienced in Phuket over many years, it is no wonder that we were the only patrons in the restaurant.
