We are currently staying at the Beachside Millennium Patong Phuket in a superior twin room and a superior king room. The Resort is amazing and very modern. Staff are really friendly and helpful. In terms of food, it is best to eat at the Lakeside bistro for breakfast we have found. Much better service and setup in general. We tried the meat buffet which was tremendous and fantastic value. We devoured a rack of lamb cutlets that were cooked to our selection. The Lakeside pool is much bigger and better than the Beachside pool. We chose to hang out here. Both sides join up to Jung Ceylon shopping centre which is a huge complex comparative to say a Westfields Parramatta or Miranda in Sydney. Air conditioning is Icy cold. A fantastic Hotel, highly recommended to all.

Room Tip: Lakeside is the better side.

Stayed in a pool villa. Room, including bathroom area, spacious and well furnished. Unfortunately my room faced the wall of the other wing across a narrow pool segment, most of the other pool rooms have views across the main expanse of the pool. This meant there was a lot of shadowing and limited direct sun. The room next to me would have been better from this point of view. Access to the nearby mall is brilliant.
Reasonable value for money. I would stay here again but I would try and get one of the rooms adjacent

I loved my stay at Millennium- the staffs were friendly and extremely help, location is fantastic (located in the Jungceylon Mall and next to Bangla road), the pools were the best!
The room itself is very spacious and clean. I've nothing to complain about the facilities of this hotel- there were 2 pools, connecting tuktuk between the 2 wings, great buffet breakfast selection and a well maintained gym.

I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Phuket!

We arrived early in the morning for check in and was pleasantly surprised that a room was available to us. We specifically asked for a quiet room on the lakeside wing (after hearing prior reviews about noise on the beachside room) We booked a deluxe room - room was ok, functional with all the key things in place. Only complaint we had was the bed which was way too soft till it gave us backache after 1 night. We figured it's just wear and tear over the years. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear like the bathroom fittings, floors in the room (Not carpeted) and the sinking bed. Overall, a good stay - just had a slight issue when checking out early in the morning. Front desk sent someone to check on our room and came back to say we drank the small bottles of Evian water from the fridge which was chargeable. FYI - The hotel provided 2 small bottles of Evian which are chargeable. We didn't consume those but had instead bought big bottles of Evian from the nearby supermarket. These big bottles would not have fitted into the fridge and are so obviously different in sizes to the ones provided by the hotel. We tried to explain and are monitoring our credit card to see if we are being charged. On Saturday nights, i could hear the music drum beats coming from outside despite the double windows closed tight! The base drums went on and on till early morning. This can be challenging if you are a light sleeper.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the lakeside (and still ask for a quiet side) wing if you want more peace and quiet. Most rooms on lakeside wing are deluxe rooms. The beachside wing rooms are closer in terms of walking distance to patong beach.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights in a Deluxe Room on the fourth floor (Lakeside wing) and found everything delightful. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating and we were happy with our spacious room and comfortable bed. There is a door that connects to Jungceylon Mall right in the lobby, and from Jungceylon it is a 2 minute walk to the infamous Bangla Road (nightlife, food, etc.). When we requested a late checkout and couldn't get it due to the crowded reservations, the receptionists kindly allowed us to use the amazing spa showers/amenities before taking our flight. The breakfast was always something to look forward to and the Thai food in the beach-side hotel restaurant was delicious. Thanks for the great memories, Millennium!

Room Tip: Lakeside wing was gorgeous and very quiet - Beachside is closer to the party area so assuming it would be louder esp if you get a room situated near the street. There is also a fresh market near the Lakeside entrance to Jungceylon - worth a visit! (Seafood much cheaper than the ones sold in touristy restaurants near Patong beach. You choose the seafood, then go upstairs and you pay someone to cook it for you in any style.)
