When we found the resort we loved, me and my husband, The theme style of the resort, kind of Thai spirit and cost was good. it was as we found. we got a room on the ground floor looks over the pool with a slide door which not well locked or locked by a window hook, which I didn't like. the room was supper poor. The room contained the basic Needs Tv, fridge, bed and side lamps but everything was old and poor. the bathroom was tiny and not well cleaned by room service which was awful. we had a basic breakfast daily that suits us as Muslims /Halal food. we didn't spend much time in this stay we took many tours that the resort was basically for sleeping. but the location was central that once we are out of the resort we find stores, markets, beach and everything

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on the way to a more upmarket one. For the price, the Patong Premier was fine. Basic breakfast included. Up and down stairs with no lifts was a little grating but maybe I'm just being lazy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the position was within walking distance to markets and food. Bit further to walk to the beach. The pool was clean and quiet and the deck chairs provided a relaxing space under beautifully fragrant frangipani trees. Rooms were ok and pretty clean.

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor around the pool would be the best value and most exotic feeling. Balconies...

I recently enjoyed my stay at the patong premier resort. I had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor.
The hotel is considered to be budget so you get what you pay for and if not a little bit more.
The room was cleaned nicely every day, and was the prefect size for 2 people, the tv was old and the reception was abit dodgy but that wasnt really an issue as we spent minimal time in the room. Another bonus about the hotel was the free wifi could be accesed everywhere, which i found to be good as i have stayed in numerous hotels in asia where you can not acess the wifi within your hotel room. The only negative i have to say about the room was the shower, where the temperature changed erratically and the shower head had a complete mind of its own and you would practically end up with a soaking wet bathroom so we ended up just having to use the bath.
The hotel pool is georgous an was lovely to come back to after a day of touring around phuket, although there in only about 6 day bed and sometime we had to sit on the ground because they were all taken. The breakfast was not overly big, with it having the selection eggs, ceral, 2 juices, and a local dish. although on 2 occasions the staff forgot to send my order to the kitchen for eggs an i was left waiting for a good 25 minutes before they realised. Another benefit to the breakfast at the hotel is that it goes untill 11 instead of 10 like other hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located to the seafood night restaurants where we got amazing fresh seafood, in particular at linda seafood. The hotel is only a block from the beach and 2 or 3 blocks from bangala which made it an easy walk home at 3am in the morning.
and if you are looking for somewhere fun to go head to patong otop there are at least 20 bars which are all fun!

I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Deluxe room facing the pool.

The only good thing about our stay in Phuket was the incredible tours to the surrounding islands. The hotel is very close to Patong. And sure it can be interesting to experience the nightlife there but I found Patong to be too touristy, very dirty and kind of disturbing for my taste. It is fun for one night and one night only. The hotel is surrounded with uninviting restaurants and bad food. Our room was unappealing and not the cleanest I've seen. Our purpose for staying at this hotel was only for sleeping as you are pretty much out the whole day. But the room was too uninviting for a good night sleep. Oh and the breakfast was horrible. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

If you have anymore than 2 people in a room, dont stay here. The rooms are tiny, the shower is cold and you dont get any water pressure. Everything is very old. It is very noisy all hours of the day and night. Buffet breakfast is a joke, its cold and you have no variety. The staff is friendly and the location is not too bad. If you pay cheap, you most certainly get cheap. A backpackers would be better than this.

Room Tip: Dont stay on the road side of the hotel.

We were booked at this hotel by and agency telling use it was a 3 star hotel. Ha a huge joke this place was horrible, dirty, run down the pool was gross. If anyone ever offers this hotel to you run away fast. This is Thailand so of course you can't expect much but for $50 usd less you can stay at a brand new Holiday Inn Express just down the street and closer to Patong beach. Stay away from this place and with resort in the name it can really be misleading.

Firstly I am surprised at some of the very negative reviews. Its a small hotel rather than a resort. It is fairly close to the beach. Lets say the breakfast is just okay. We got the top floor which meant we had to climb the stairs each time, no elevator. The gym is a bit of a joke only two bikes. The pool is not big and was a bit cloudy when we were there. The rooms were nothing to be impressed with but not bad. The bed was very firm. The bath was average to say the least. Disappointing that there was not hot water in the hand basin, that sucked for shaving and washing your face. On the outside it is quite a pretty hotel but inside the story is different. I give it 4/10. Better hotels elsewhere.
