It really good and reasonable price to stay
In the best area where you can get to Patong beach in 5 minute maybe faster by motorbike ....As it close to main area Patong beach road then I can make it easy when I want to find good restaurant all around, shopping or taxi....the place itself clean, modern and very cozy...love the pool with very nice view so I really recommend this the great place to stay

This house is perfectly located within minutes of Phukets attraction. The house is very spacious and private. The pool is nice for a dip on hot days. Great views. The host is very nice and hospitable. He is always available for questions. He even has motorbike to rent much cheaper than the town rate. I would definitely recommend this house.

We stayed in this villa for 1 week and another one of mathieu's for a week! I don't have a bad word to say about both! The villas were both clean, note you will need to get a taxi that can get up a steep hill but you can quickly tell which ones will be able to. Mathieu was very friendly and was straight across to speak to us whenever we had questions!!

My stay in this place was one of the best experience I have had in Thailand. and here are some points below :-
1- it is close to the action in Patong but far enough from the street noise.
2- it has real decent mountain view.
3- we enjoyed having BBQ in the afternoon which was really fun.
4- also the host has scooters which you can rent for good price.
5-you can also request house keeper any time you want.
6- the host ( Stephan) has no problem coming over when we needed something.
7-overall experience was great and definitely will be back to this place.

Everything was perfect ! Villa was clean, localisation is perfect (5min motocycle from bangla) and the owners are always available if you need anything.
