** The room was spacious and comfortable. Its cleaned. The pool so big and good for swimming, relaxing. Breakfast average, there was a few foods and it wasn’t hot. Convenient location, its took 10mins walk from hotel to Bangla Road, Jungcey long center.
I will highly recommend if hotels customer services are good.
BUT...
** The receptionist couldn’t speak english, they didn’t understand what we said.
We booked the room for group of 5 and completed all payment. But, when we checked-in, the receptionist stopped us. Then, they called a woman, we guest she was a manager. Only she can speak English. She asked us a surcharge: 800bth with silly reason. She said our booking just for 4 persons! We showed our booking confirmation for her. After take a look, she said “Yes, this room for 5 persons, but the money just for 4 persons” ????? We couldn’t go to the room if we didn’t pay for extra fee!!!
We called to the agent immediately, the travel agent informed that this payment for 5 persons and they will send email to confirm. When we talked to a woman, she still denied and asked we to wait at the lobby. No one showed their support.
After that, the receptionist asked us 1000bth for deposit add-on services fee. (Return when check-out)
My friend gave the money and asked them that we went to the room first, after that, if this booking was wrong, they can surcharge with this deposit fee.
The receptionist said “NO, CANT COME TO ROOM” . So that WE HAVE TO PAID 1800bth for checked-in! And now, we still wait for refund to my creadit card with this surcharge!!!!!!!!!
** wifi: you need to log-in every time with id & password
** Room services: there were only big towels in room. When we called them and asked for small towel. The receptionist couldn’t understand. I have to ask a cleaner directly for small towel!!!!
** Check-out: receptionist called us at 8:50am and asked “all of you will check-out today” ???? I didn’t think this is a carefulness.
