This is a good place to stay when in phuket. Due to its location it is near all the major attraction in Phuket.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was great with some rooms having direct access to the pool. They have pool bar and jacuzzi to relax and enjoy in the pool.
Breakfast was awesome with so many options to choose from but Indian options were not present but vegetarian options were available.
Staff was polite and courteous and ready to accomodate any requests.
Overall very good stay.

The rooms are big and wel maintaint, the pool is cool ideal to cool down after a daytrip, not for sunbaders. Yes the airco unit is on the balcony, but who sits on the balcony in a city like patong. The staff is kind and helpfull. We didnt eat in the hotel, so no comments there.

Arrive at hotel with booking of deluxe room but fortunately the hotel management upgrade our room to superior. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was magnificent and the staff was so friendly.

Some very useful facility in the hotel such as ATM machine and tour kiosk is already inside the hotel.

Definitely if i go Phuket again i will stay at this hotel

** The room was spacious and comfortable. Its cleaned. The pool so big and good for swimming, relaxing. Breakfast average, there was a few foods and it wasn’t hot. Convenient location, its took 10mins walk from hotel to Bangla Road, Jungcey long center.

I will highly recommend if hotels customer services are good.
BUT...
** The receptionist couldn’t speak english, they didn’t understand what we said.
We booked the room for group of 5 and completed all payment. But, when we checked-in, the receptionist stopped us. Then, they called a woman, we guest she was a manager. Only she can speak English. She asked us a surcharge: 800bth with silly reason. She said our booking just for 4 persons! We showed our booking confirmation for her. After take a look, she said “Yes, this room for 5 persons, but the money just for 4 persons” ????? We couldn’t go to the room if we didn’t pay for extra fee!!!
We called to the agent immediately, the travel agent informed that this payment for 5 persons and they will send email to confirm. When we talked to a woman, she still denied and asked we to wait at the lobby. No one showed their support.
After that, the receptionist asked us 1000bth for deposit add-on services fee. (Return when check-out)
My friend gave the money and asked them that we went to the room first, after that, if this booking was wrong, they can surcharge with this deposit fee.
The receptionist said “NO, CANT COME TO ROOM” . So that WE HAVE TO PAID 1800bth for checked-in! And now, we still wait for refund to my creadit card with this surcharge!!!!!!!!!

** wifi: you need to log-in every time with id & password

** Room services: there were only big towels in room. When we called them and asked for small towel. The receptionist couldn’t understand. I have to ask a cleaner directly for small towel!!!!

** Check-out: receptionist called us at 8:50am and asked “all of you will check-out today” ???? I didn’t think this is a carefulness.

***The hotel work and have agreement between Hotel and Website if the hotel received the booking from website include no reason to charge again to customer, also the hotel not waiting to check back to website for solve the problem but confirm the booking is not include yet. but the hotel not know the agency when the customer booked part from them because many time the agency booked the room for customer direct to the website.

***The deposit request for customer complete check out only, because some time customer do not come to contact the hotel for check out.

***The hotel check out time is 12:00 hrs. the hotel staff know this standard , also the hotel have house phone for driver call to customer when them come to pick up if this the driver them know the customer room number.

Very important to know about the hotels in Thailand. PLEASE READ THIS MINUTELY -

It is indigestible that in a 4 star property Front Office staff doesn't understand English. It was very difficult to communicate with them. It seems even though they understand English they pretend not to no the language.

There is no evening services of the House Keeping dept. The first day when we checked in the Hotel in the morning when we were leaving the hotel in the early evening for city hopping, the room became little dirty. So I asked the front office staff to arrange for the clean up of the room. The response was unbelievable from a FOUR STAR PROPERTY STAFF - "they provide only one time House Keeping service and more over there is no evening service due to scarcity of House Keeping staff".

The most painful was on the day of check out. After settling all the bills, the Front Office Manager herself came out and asked that a laundry bag is missing from the room. On countering that I don't have any idea on this she asked to search my luggages. It was so humiliating that the bell boy started searching by opening the baggages layer by layer but DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING. That was the moment I lost my control and threw 200 THB on their face and walked out of the hotel.

By this I hope you understand the kind of services you will get from this hotel.

***All amenities set up in the room with the price list and only for customer use it, therefor the hotel standard check out process if something lost from the room the reception have to ask to customer with polite for recheck in the luggage because sometime unintentionally mixed with clothes by customer only ,if not found it also the hotel policy have to charge this is standard.
