The location is pretty central. Reception area attractive and welcoming. Lift leaves a lot to be desired..... old and delapidated and desperately needs upgrading, even replacing with a completely new lift. Our room was small, aircon ineffective, tiny balcony, tiny bathroom. Bed fairly hard so not very comfortable. Our friends were fortunate enought to get a suite, 3 bedrooms, brilliant aircon in each room, huge balcony with comfortable settee. Both our bookings made at the same time, so no idea how it is determined which room is allocated when booking. Pool area on ground level was hidden behind the hotel, the other pool on one of the roof areas was okay to have a quick dip but not pleasant enough surroundings to spend any time lazing around the pool area. Narrow back staircase to get to that pool too... A bit eery. Buffet breakfast average but have had better.

Room Tip: ask for a suite when booking, price was same as a single room.

I had booked this hotel from Don Mueang Airport Travel desk just before my Phuket flight. The agent could not arranged any standard double room but the mini suite at a price of THB3500/night. The mini suite was not that mini. There was 2 complete bed room and one large bed in the huge living room. The Balcony was very big with 2 set of sofa. Both the toilet & Shower space was very narrow. The suit was a sea side one though the sea is mearly viewed with the obstacle of another high rise (Andaman beach hotel i think). The service was quite good. The elevator is very old and fearful. They really need to change this.

They have a very specious pool side where my kids enjoyed a lot. The lobby is attracting with good fabrication.

The location is very good only 2/300 meter walking way to the beach

Room Tip: The baconly is great. use upper floor to get the advantage

The hotel is quite well located, only a short walk to the shopping area of Patong, inluding Jungcelyon.
The staff were friendly on arrival and we enjoyed their 2 for 1 cocktail before going to our room (and the complimentary juice and refesher towels - thanks).
Our room was OK. It was what we expected.
2 things were very disappointing. The television reception was extremely poor. When I reported this i was told it was the weather (it was raining). When the weather cleared and I enquired again they said that was the best they could get. Not really good enough these days.
The second disappointment was the "balcony" A sliding door led to an area approximately 3 feet wide by 6 feet long, which consisted of 2 tub chairs facing each other about 3 feet apart, with the outside aircon unit behind one of them blowing out hot air. If you are going to have a balcony, please move the unit so we can enjoy it.
We did enjot the breakfast and the staff there were very friendly and polite.
Would we go back? Probably not. I think there is probably better value in the area. In hindsight we should have booked into a resort.

I read the reviews before deciding to stay here. A few mentioned that work on the renovations had not been finnished off properly. This s a minor whinge in the overall excellant standard we enjoyed for two weeks of our stay. The renovations are being completed with top class fixtures and fittings. Our room was number 1001 (tenth floor). It was the largest motl room we have had in a highrise building, very comfortable, large balcony with sea views. Wifi was in & out but available free internet in foyer. Local excellant close to everything. I had a `Dental Holiday at Seasmile hotel perfect for this. Brekky good and improved each day, dinner by the pool (BBQ & Bar Top notch). also quite pool on level 3 which we enjoyed

Room Tip: 3rd floor next to pool is good as most people use the large pool so it becomes more like a private c...

The hotel is strategically located in the prime area in Patong and it's nearby to entertainment, food, shopping area and Patong Beach. The location is definitely something to cheer about as it's just 5 mins walk away from all those key locations.

The WiFi is rather unstable throughout the hotel and is relatively slow. Rooms are a little too dark and it's difficult to see around especially during at night. No tissue papers provided in the rooms too, thought this should basic for a 4-star hotel?

Bad ventilation in dining area causing dining area with too much smoke due to cooking (frying of eggs / omelet) during breakfast.

Phuket is such a hot island and having the hotel lobby without air-conditioning just kills off the mood while you sit there to wait for hotel transfer of the scheduled day trip.

We booked this hotel thinking it was going to be a fresh stay with big rooms, a nice pool, and a big balcony. The building was old and tattered, and the complex is situated right next to a huge building site. The elevators seemed old and slow, and the pool was dirty. Not worth the money!
We booked a deluxe room, but had to switch because of the noise from the construction site. The room we got instead was tiny with child-like drawings in the roof, No furniture on the balconies. The staff was rude; except for one of the bellboys who always had a smile on his face, and the lady who helped us cancel our booking to get a nicer hotel instead. Do not stay here until next year when the construction is completed!!

The hotel turned out to be a very old renamed and slightly refurbished, elevators looked like they were build in early 70s, everything looked very retro. The bathroom also had the very outdated looks, the tiles condition was bad.
I cant say service was bad, or food but overall impression is i d never return.

Room Tip: Our room was the only room having direct exit to the small internal hotel pool. Everyone could use i...
