“Fresh Indian food with flavour and Love!”
Reviewed July 12, 2014

We travel extensively and Indian food is one of our favourites (we also have somewhat more than 5 reviews to our name!). At Badsha we felt the chefs shared our love of food. We had fruit curry (150b), vegetable curry (100b) (spicy as requested!), plain rice (20b), pilau rice (50b) and 2 x Peshwari Naan (90b each). Meals were hot, flavourful and freshly cooked. Rice likewise (pilau was a little late though..) Total with 2 x diet cokes/ice 560b, Not the cheapest but average price for a tasty original meal in Patong. Service was excellent with professional and committed staff and the owner seemed a nice guy too! Enjoy!!

“Great Honest Food”
Reviewed July 7, 2014

Food is all part of travelling and we try to keep away from the tourist traps. We had to go to Phuket Hospital and saw this one on the way back. Fellow travellers a real find. As we walked in, it was like old friends greeted us. The cooling fans were turned up and the smile on the face of Ragu, our waiter, and the other staff members was so nice. Drinks were ordered straight away and delivered promptly. The menu was extensive and catered to all tastes. We have an eight old and within minutes he had found the same dish he has at home, tandoori chicken which he likes to wrap in a piece of garlic naan. We gave our order and our sons order and again was greeted with a smile from Ragu. The food arrived after the right amount of time. The colours that greeted us from the serving bowls was amazing!!!!!! The korma was a bright yellow and the saag green was deep. Even the rice was a display of spices and herbs. To match this, the food tasted even better than it looked. Every bowl was wiped dry with garlic naan. Two large Heineken, water, pappadams, garlic naan, chicken tandoori, two mains and rice cost about 1,100 baht. It started to pour as we got up to leave so the owner and staff called a tuk tuk and away we went straight to Willy Wonkas to sleep wi the other Oompa Lumpas because we were so full. We are going back before we leave. Well who the trip.

“Great food and great service”
Reviewed July 6, 2014

We were on a short holiday to Phuket recently. Having eaten Pizza, Pasta and Thai, we were looking to have a good vegetarian Indian food and we found that at Badsha. Service was superb, food was very nicely cooked, good taste and filling. The owner Kunwar Singh Ji was very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this place for great Indian food.
