Me and my husband were there for a dinner. The night view of Patong is nice although the windows were a bit dirty. And generally the place needed a bit of maintenance. The chef was very polite and pleasant - he adviced us to take the chef's selection. It was our mistake as we understood at the end. We should have had one or two courses and finish.
The courses were nice, the portions were tiny (but this is fine dining concept). Were disappointed with the tea selection. You do not expect to get the cheap Dilmah tea bag when you visit such a place with such pricing policy. Our bill was around 6.000 baht. It was the most expensive meal in Thailand we have ever had. Was it worth it? It is up to every one to decide :)
