I have stayed here here 4 times and it is always fantastic. The staff, breakfasts, service, room size, location as just amazing. We are Holiday Inn Spire Elite level customers and they were so kind to upgrade us to the Busakorn ward which was also fantastic! We will be back!! More

Everything from facilities to the f range and quality of food to the service was very good.
Just a minor area of concern. We found that the soft toy pillows for kids were in torn condition upon arrival. We handed them over to the hotel staff for repair/replacement but did not receive anything back.
Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice resort with excellent location. 1min walk to the beach and walking distance to jucelon mall. We enjoyed the beach as much as the market. There are many Indian reauratants around as well.
Its walking distance from popular bangla Road also.
Nice pool with yummilicious food made our family trip more enjoyable.

Our family had a really great one week stay. The room was large and comfortable. It is close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The buffet breakfast had good food options (and particularly good selection of fruit). The welcome cocktail party on the Wednesday was much appreciated and fun. What really made the stay were the staff. They really seemed to care about looking after the guests. Other positives were the plentiful bottles of water delivered to the room daily, the efficient tour booking desk and the friendly kids club.
Things that could be improved: The pool could open a little longer (closes at 7pm). The elevator near the pool was a little unreliable.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and represents good value for money for families.

July is raining season so it's important to be in convenient location. there're many restaurants close to the beach gate and 711 cvs nearby. But the room is too small.the breakfast is good and till 11:00am,a lot of children and a little bit noisy.
Pools close at 7 PM. Security guards run around shouting at everyone and blowing whistles. Staff in the hotel restaurants are grumpy, don't like honoring the kids eat free policy and randomly add things to your menu as well. Will not return.
